I was really worried about the recovery period, and the truth is it hasn’t been as easy as I expected. My stomach is still swollen, and the compression garments are still tight, but the hardest part so far has been dealing with the annoying numb patches. That said, the surgeon and the whole medical team have been absolutely brilliant. The doctor explained to me that he used ultrasound technology (VASER) and removed between 3 and 4 litres of fat, and I felt I was in safe hands with them. Unfortunately, the clinic’s facilities weren’t up to the same standard as the quality of medical care, which is why I’ve given it a lower rating. Overall, I’m optimistic about the final result.

If you're considering a tummy tuck, know that the recovery is a real process. My surgeon was excellent, a definite 5/5. He performed a full tuck and repositioned my belly button, and everything already feels very tight, which is good. My biggest challenge right now is the compression garment; it's just a constant presence. While the surgeon was fantastic, there were some minor organizational points with the clinic and staff that could have been smoother. It's still too early to see the final flat result with all the healing left to do, but I feel confident in my choice. I would give this clinic a 9/10 recommendation to a friend.
The doctor he is excellent .soft spoken ,attentive and a great surgeon.
Rooms could be bigger so that attendant could stay at night.They have a reclining sofa not suitable for night sleeping. Front desk managers could be more attentive to every detail.

If you are considering stem cell therapy, here is my initial, first-hand experience. The care I received from the surgeon and the medical team was excellent, as was the organisation at the clinic. Everything went smoothly. It is very important to manage expectations at the outset; it is far too early to judge the final results, and I haven’t noticed any change yet in spontaneous erections. However, the most positive aspect so far is that the injection site feels completely normal and there is no discomfort, which makes the recovery period easy. My biggest worry was whether I'd see a real difference after having Vaser on multiple areas, especially since they removed over four liters. It’s still early, but the swelling is much less now, and I can definitely see subtle changes taking shape. The surgeon and the staff were fantastic from start to finish. They are a solid team. My biggest concern going into this was ending up with a shape that looked strange or unnatural. It's a big decision. I'm still very early in my recovery, but I can already see the lifted shape has great projection, which is what I was hoping for. The surgeon and I decided on Motiva implants. The clinic staff and my surgeon were consistently professional and clear in their communication. The most difficult part for me right now is the significant implant tightness across my chest; it's a persistent discomfort you should be prepared for. It's a process. But the surgical work and care were very good.
I had my surgery at this clinic and I’m honestly very happy with the whole experience. From the first consultation to aftercare, everything was handled professionally and smoothly.

The main thing I worried about was the recovery, and it is definitely a process. At 15 days post-op, sleeping on my back is hard, and the pain is still moderate, though it's manageable. It's not easy. I’m glad that my nipple sensitivity feels normal, which was a specific concern since my surgeon used an incision around the nipple. The surgeon and staff were very capable and provided solid care from start to finish. My best advice for anyone else is what got me through the tougher moments: have patience and trust the procedure.

From the beginning I was sure to make clear to the doctor my priorities & goals. He said it was well within what he was capable of doing. Post surgery, my nose was larger than agreed, and my hips smaller than desired. When I voiced dissatisfaction, the doctor said my expectations were unrealistic. I find this to be a poor response as my expectations were informed by the doctor himself.
I've advised to doctor that if he thinks his capabilities are lesser, than he needs to be honest and clear with his clients from the beginning, not post-surgery. He did not seem to receive this advice and only wanted to shoo me away: I suppose it will be for future clients to judge if he applies this advice.
The clinic did a revision for my hips, getting them closer to the goal, but still less than initially desired. The clinic also offered a revision in the future for my nose, but it is hard to justify the further expense of flight & hotel to get the result I already have paid so much for.
Positive notes: the doctor does have a regard for what procedures are safe/risky which I appreciate. Additionally the staff are excellent and very kind. English isn't their best suit, but we got by alright with Google translate for the more intricate conversations.
Even if sub-par, each of the procedures were an improvement which I should be grateful for. While I am saddened by the limitations, there is great potential for this clinic: I wish them the best in making the required changes to become a 5 star service.

The results were disappointing/did not meet my expectations.
In my opinion, the doctor promised more than he could deliver. I clearly outlined my priorities and goals, and he assured me that they were well within his capabilities. This primarily concerned my nose and the indentations on my thighs. Initially, the thigh indentations were not sufficiently filled and were asymmetric. He had to perform a corrective surgery for the thigh indentations, and I'm glad that they were filled, but overall, the volume was less than I had hoped for.
The changes he made to my nose were extremely minor. Of course, the swelling may still decrease, but I cannot imagine it subsiding to the extent we had agreed upon before the surgery.
As with the indentations on my thighs, he said that my expectations were unrealistic, though my expectations were based on what he himself said he could achieve.
I attempted several times to explain to him that if he considered my expectations unrealistic, he needed to communicate better with me and future clients. He seemed to ignore this feedback and, instead, appeared to simply want me to leave his office and end the conversation.
The breast implants are fine, but as I told the doctor: I don't want bigger breasts unless my hips are wide enough to match.
The staff is very pleasant. Of course, there is a language barrier, which is probably to be expected when traveling to another country for this surgery. — we used Google Translate, which I think helped sufficiently to overcome this issue. I don't believe communication problems are primarily due to language but rather because the doctor seems indifferent.
I expressed skepticism/disappointment regarding my nose early in the process. Finally, on April 10, I firmly stated that I wanted a revision surgery. At that point, the doctor said he didn't want to perform a revision surgery since there was too little time before my departure (which is understandable from a safety perspective). But he seems to believe that the work he performed is commensurate with what I paid him: it is not.
The ID clinic says they will perform a revision in 5–6 months (this is included in the cost), but of course, I'll have to pay for another flight and hotel stay, which is understandable from a practical standpoint, but I still find it difficult to justify the additional expenses to achieve the result I initially already paid for.

The process was far more involved than we expected, however, we didn’t know what to expect. We’re probably happy. We didn’t realize that is a rather substantial procedure.
The medical testing part takes almost an entire day, so don’t plan anything else on that day. Surgery takes about a half day and you’ll be wiped out the following day as well, so no plans is a good idea. You’ll wear a compression sleeve around your face for over a week, so we packed lightweight, hooded sun, shirts, and that worked well.
we had our sutures removed at eight days, but 10 days would’ve been better, so you have to plan at least 10 days after your surgery before you leave Bangkok.

Dr was available to talk to prior to surgery. Staff support on line and in person was outstanding . Care following surgery was good. And response to follow up questions outstanding. My only concern was my lack of knowledge of the extent of the surgery and what would happen afterwards. Staff and Dr answered all my questions but it was the things I didn't ask and therefore didn't expect afterwards. It would be good to have a handout or link to webpage with some idea of what happens to your body afterwards and what to worry about or not. . This is especially the case when you are leaving the area afterwards.
