I was so pleased to choose this connection and this clinic for my nose job , the Doctor and staff they were beyond helpful, to make this much more comfortable for me . The best was only one building between my hotel to stay which also was perfect to stay 👌 and clinic . I couldn't believe how it could be very convenient to visit the doctor after surgery. I just loved it very much . And very appreciate of bookiimed.com 😊😊😊
The distance between hotel and clinic made very happy 😊

I went to this clinic to get medical care. The very high price could be justified by this type of treatment. The medical team were present, but no parameters were taken either before or after the treatment. I don't think that customer satisfaction is the objective, the aim is above all to make people spend money unnecessarily. I would not recommend this clinic

I can't say enough good things about Dr Phatcharasak and his staff at the I.D. Clinic Bangkok. They handle everything for you right from the start. You don't have to worry about anything. Just show up and be in the best health possible. Professional, clean, kind, and meticulous are all words I would use to describe I.D. Clinic. And I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Thanks Again REL
I have to say that i really liked the nurses and his staff. They are super nice & meticulous in what they do. Plus the cleanliness of his facility is second to none.

There is very weak communication gap between the Doctor and no explanation of the procedure. The clinic should in detail the procedures they will be performing. It would be better if possible to show a before and after video presented to the patient so that the patient can easily see what is going on.
I didn't like the neck lift done. I am concerned. One thing the neck lift was supposed to be minor bur for some reason my ears are also effected. I have two big lumps on either side of my ears and I have extra skin where I didn't have before..

Dr has a lot of experience in breast implants, he removed my old implants together with capsulatomy and replaced them with new implants with very little scarring. I had waited two weeks to give a proper analysis of his work,, and am delighted that the scars are well hidden and now they are fading away.
Dr has many years of experience in doing implants and he had to remove my old implants and a capsulectomy procedure and putting in new implants with little scarring.

The whole process from initial consult to surgery and follow up after care were good. I was very happy the care received from the admin staff and the surgical team. The nurses were so gentle. the surgeon is very skilled and his stitches are wonderful. I would be so happy to undergo further procedures at this clinic. The hotel was also great.
The outcome was great and my surgeries were separated into two - and the bleph was done under local for increased safety and to reduce time under general anesthetic - which is good.

The surgeon was calm, friendly and professional. The nurses were caring, sweet, kind and very good at their job. The anaesthetist was also very professional and kind. The overnight room was comfortable. Everyone was efficient and I felt safe. I'm very happy with everything and grateful for the help I received.
