The surgeon was calm, friendly and professional. The nurses were caring, sweet, kind and very good at their job. The anaesthetist was also very professional and kind. The overnight room was comfortable. Everyone was efficient and I felt safe. I'm very happy with everything and grateful for the help I received.

Overall experience was positive. Staff were friendly. Questions were answered timely. Transportation was provided to/ from airport and all medical appointments. Doctor is highly trained and answered all my questions.

I always have doubts on surgery in Bangkok for safety and success level of each operation. However, during the whole process, I was assured of the professionalism of the doctor and staff and this made me felt more confident of the operation success.
1. The staff at the clinic were helpful most of the time, especially if you travel alone. They will provide some helpful insights before and after operation. 2. Operation was smooth in a clean and organized clinic.
1. Transport arrangement maybe limited as there is only one driver.

Surgeons skills amazing my scars were place beautifully. Didn't feel very comfortable with muslim staff or owners female shoved me out straight after my surgery when I was suppose to stay the night then had complications so had to take myself back in.
