The whole experience was excellent from start to finish. My husband and I are very happy with the results. Thank you for the team’s expertise and care.
The results of both breast augmentation and lower blethoplasy was wonderful. The Doctor, nurse Margie, Ice and the other staff were attentive and caring.
I have no negative comments.

Our daughter wants to go back next July for a nose job.
Bookimed was excellent at communicating and making sure we were comfortable with each step of the process.
The hotel where we stayed had the convenient location and all the amenities we needed. The breakfast was delicious with very accommodating staff.

Staff were caring, the result is perfect.
Very happy with the augmentation result.
The communication and language was hard at times. I also didn't realise the surgery happened at the clinic and I wasn't super clear on the after-care plan.

Nursing staff were very friendly and polite and did their best to look after me.
The clinical treatment by the surgeon and the anaesthetist seemed far from thorough and barely professional. I reserve judgement on the outcome, but do not feel at all confident that there will not be permanent paralysis and a poor result. I feel I got through the surgery by luck.

Given the impression that the ID clinic was a full medical facility and it was very limited. My husband had surgery in Bangkok at a different place and it was much better set up and had full hospital facilities. I don't think the ID clinic would cope with a.medical emergency and it is not good enough to just hope everything goes ok as one day it won't.
