The medical team was polite. I felt at ease because they showed they were professionals. I only wish there had been a Russian-speaking person, of course, so it would have been easier to communicate, but otherwise, everything was great!

I am still recovering from my rhinoplasty. However I would like to go back again for a second review as I feel my nose still hasnt shaped up well yet. Will wait 6 months before seeing the results and go back for a review n re-do my nose again if necessary. Dr n staff were nice and attentive tho
The surgery was not as painful as I expected. It was done quite nicely.
The stitches removal wasnt done thoroughly. I still had abit of stitch left inside, which i removed after coming back.

My only issue was the availability of staff after my surgery. I was placed in a room and was only checked on once during my 3 hours recovery. I had to call a nurse to ask if I could discharged.I was fortunate that my husband was with me.

What a wonderful experience. My Dr was very quiet however he listened to all of my requests and did an amazing job. My nurse Marjy was wonderful and took the time to answer my questions. Highly recommend
Nurse Marjy definitely was very attentive and made me feel at ease
The language barrier was a little tricky. But the clinic had an interpreter with us when needed.
