Hello. I had mammoplasty in February. I had a wonderful doctor Ergin Er. I am very pleased. The translator was Elvina, an excellent specialist, very polite and will always answer any question. I am also very pleased with the clinic staff, everyone is very friendly!

I am very grateful to Anastasia from bookimed, she is an excellent professional in her field, she was constantly in touch with me and answered all my questions, from the moment of choosing a clinic and a doctor, ending with my discharge from the hospital. I really liked the clinic, clean and comfortable room, wonderful staff. I was operated on by Dr. Ece Kalafatlar. I thank dr.Ece for her golden hands and impeccable professionalism. And also a big thank you to Elvine, lovely girl! She helped me in every way!

From start to finish communication was great. All my questions were answered promptly. Going to a different country for a major procedure (in my case a rhinoplasty) when you don’t speak the language can be intimidating but in this case it felt like every effort was made for me to understand everything that was happening and I couldn’t be happier with my results and post op care! Highly recommend. Couldn’t be happier!

I was coming in from the US, so the first people I was in contact with were the coordinators (Ege and Sebnem) they arranged my transportation as well as accommodations. They were very helpful, fluent in english and readily available to address any problems or concerns that I had. The clinic itself was modern and well kept. A good amount of the staff can speak english well and their hospitality is some of the best I have received anywhere. The most important person on this trip was obviously my surgeon Dr. Ece Kalafatlar. She performed gynecomastia Surgery on me and this lady knows how to do her job. She is a fluent English speaker, she explains everything in detail, she addresses any and all of your concerns. I felt comfortable going into surgery and I was very pleased by my results. She followed up with me 2 times after the surgery to make sure everything was progressing as it should and to make sure I was ready for my 22 hr trip back home. I would recommend her to anybody needing to get anything done. I would recommend the clinic to foreigners, because they plan for everything (accomodation and transportation) and they charge what they quote.

I had a great experience start to finish using Bookimed for my rhinoplasty at Istanbul Aesthetics with Dr. Ergin Er. All the staff was very helpful and accommodating and I’m simply in love with the results of my operation. I felt well taken care of and trusted the professionals to deliver an amazing experience, and Bookimed made everything so easy to set up, I would use them again in the future
Even though my flight was delayed, they were able to move my procedure to the next day and everything went smoothly

Complaint Regarding Poor Quality of Treatment and Unacceptable Experience I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the quality of treatment and overall experience I received at Istanbul Aesthetics. My recent visit to your establishment has left me greatly disappointed and concerned for the well-being of future patients. First and foremost, the dental treatment I received was of extremely poor quality. The teeth that were fitted are disproportionately large, causing discomfort and difficulty in daily activities such as eating and speaking. Furthermore, these teeth have come loose, posing a serious risk to my health and safety. I have even experienced the alarming situation of choking on one of my own teeth. In addition to the dental issues, I must address the lack of regard for health and safety protocols at your establishment. Not only was I subjected to the distressing experience of choking on my teeth, but I also endured being poked in the eye during the course of treatment. This blatant disregard for basic safety measures is completely unacceptable and puts patients at serious risk of harm. Moreover, I was appalled by the overall cleanliness and hygiene standards of your establishment. The facility was disgustingly maintained, raising serious concerns about sanitation and infection control. Furthermore, the customer relations I encountered were abysmal. I felt as though I was being held to ransom, forced to pay exorbitant fees for substandard treatment, as well as unexpected additional costs such as hotel expenses. This unprofessional behavior only added to the distress of an already unpleasant experience. I urge you to take immediate action to address these issues and prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future. Patients deserve to receive quality care in a safe and respectful environment, and it is clear that Istanbul Aesthetics has failed to meet these fundamental standards. I expect a prompt response outlining the steps you will take to rectify these concerns and ensure the well-being of your patients moving forward.

Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the treatment I received, as well as the overall conduct of your team during my visit. Additionally, the product provided did not meet my expectations. The quality of work did not match the price I paid, and what was agreed from the start. All the work carried out was to a bad quality and bad workmanship.

Good afternoon, I arrived on August 5 at night, the transfer took me to the hotel (included in the package), and on 6 in the morning I was at the clinic. After meeting with all the doctors and taking tests (blood), I was operated on (duration 3.5 hours). clinic, no complaints about the service, everything is fine. The doctor Ergir Er is a professional, speaks to the point, does not pour a lot of text, I liked it. After the operation, nothing hurts, now two weeks after the operation there is swelling on the genitals and under the seam, but everything will pass. There was a hernia on diastasis - the doctor changed everything, repaired

I have had breasts done and girls who want to have beautiful breasts obviously don’t go to this clinic, the clinic staff themselves decide what size to do, no one takes into account your wishes, even if you told them them, they will be prolonged and not taken into account! Translator Elmira doesn’t really speak Russian. She is constantly nervous and if you ask something, they will throw a very negative look in your direction; when you ask to translate what the doctor said, she simply ignores it. The staff didn’t even want to pour me some tea when I asked, because my throat was so sore after the operating room. But most importantly, the final result of a breast with huge scars and a very low-set breast looks, to put it mildly, terrible! I really regretted that I chose this clinic and Dr. Ergen, relying on his extensive work experience. In short, they absolutely don’t care whether you are satisfied with the result, the main thing is to take the money...
