I had an operation for two months with the wonderful doctor Ergin Er at the Istanbul Aesthetic Clinic. I'm very pleased with the result. It started when I turned to honey. Bookimed coordinator Vladimir Andrievsky. He recommended the clinic and the doctor. He was in touch all the time until the end of the operation. All questions were resolved quickly. Thank you very much to Doctor Ergin Er. Competent and good-natured translator Varvara and the girls, honey. To the staff. The operation was carried out perfectly. Thank you to everyone and I recommend this doctor and the whole team to everyone.
Most of all I liked the doctor’s attitude, attention, examination, professionalism. Also the attention and professionalism of Med. Staff and translators.

Everything was perfect, starting from the coordinator Ege, who was meticulous in every detail and always ready to assist you at any time. He guided me through every step, providing comprehensive information about all inquiries, and most importantly, he was a genuinely sincere and kind person. The clinic is well-maintained and exceptionally clean, with rooms in pristine condition, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. I underwent a breast reduction surgery performed by Op.Dr. Ergin Er, and I have the highest praise for this doctor. He speaks English fluently, explained to me in detail what he would be doing, and was the kindest person. The nurses were also very professional, attentive, and caring. I am extremely satisfied with my new appearance; the doctor did an excellent job, and I can't believe how good they look. A life-changing experience.

My stay at the clinic exceeded all expectations! Service at the highest level, starting from the meeting at the airport, the very convenient location of the hotel, the reception at the clinic. Despite the distance of 5 minutes walk from the clinic, a car was always provided. The staff at the clinic is very professional, attentive, polite. Special thanks to the translator Evelina, who accompanied me to the clinic, to the operation, after the operation and was always in touch.

The clinic is wonderful! From the moment the interpreter contacted me before leaving until the last transfer. Met, identified in the hotel. The clinic itself is modern. Friendly, professional staff. Very clean and comfortable. I had a spacious single room with a toilet and shower. I was with my husband. So they took care of him too. They brought food. There was a folding chair for him in the ward. They brought him a set of bed linen, so that it was convenient for him to spend the night next to me. The operating professor came into the ward. He made the markup, explained in detail what he was going to do, answered all the questions. And in general, as the result showed, it was the ideal choice of the operating surgeon! Anesthesia was given before the operating room. Therefore, I do not remember the operation at all. I came to my senses already in the ward. I was already wearing the correct size compression bra. I got everything I needed through a drip. I don't remember being in pain! I will not describe the whole process, but the next day I returned to the hotel. The catheters were removed the next day. They gave me the necessary medicines. I took five days of antibiotics. And I drank the painkiller once in the evening, and then I realized that I didn’t need it. The translator was in touch with me all the time, answered all the questions. The result is very satisfied. Breast reduced perfectly. Everything is done beautifully and proportionately! I finally straightened my back and squared my shoulders, very happy! It was a little disappointing that we were evicted from the room three hours before the transfer to the airport. It was hard after the operation to sit in the lobby for three hours in an uncomfortable chair. It made me very tired. But in general, there are no complaints and the whole trip even exceeded my expectations!

I bitterly regret having had the operation there. I had no choice about the shape of my implants I wanted an operation under the muscle They put the implants above the muscle I'm sad and disappointed I paid €4550 plus the flight and got €5000 for them If I'd had the operation at home in Belgium I would have paid the same price and got what I wanted I regret my choice so much

I want to express my gratitude to Nastya, who helped me in choosing a doctor and clinic. She answered all questions quickly. Helped organize my trip. Regarding the clinic, the Chamber was separate. My husband was with me. So he was given a cot and fed. First of all, I want to mention Elvina, my assistant and translator..very pleasant and responsive. I could contact her at any time and get an instant response. The nurse girl staff works so fast that I was already asleep by the time I got to the operating room. i just want to say how amazing my experience has been i am in love with my new boobs they are even better than i imagined, and the scarring has healed so well i couldn’t believe how small it was dr ergin er has changed my life honestly and i couldn’t recommend him more. The staff/ nurses at the hospital and Ege who was my contact throughout were excellent and very empathetic and supportive. The hospital was very clean and the room was lovely too. Big thankyou to Bookimed aswell who were fantastic answered my queries all the months leading up to the surgery and after.
