There is a miss communication between the teamwork. There are some confusions between coordinators' information is not pass through the network everyone is call me to get information from the customer. Needs centralized information system. For example, someone asked me for a deposit of $200 US and when I got to the hospital they did not know about this and I lost my deposited money. Requires dedicated person to deal with. Please put on your website clear instructions and steps to follow for customers. Customers need to know with whom they are dealing on their body and it is good for confidence of the patient if the assigned Doctor take a minute to talk to the customer. Some of your sells people they are not good communicator and they are not give the details for all the process. Example 'Yasin" Finally, I would like to thank Kalil who helped me a lot to finalize my process. I would like to thank all the team. Thank you.

I had liposuction and a tummy tuck. I am very glad that I chose this clinic, it is very clean, neat, good cozy rooms. Special thanks to the coordinator Elvina, she gives all of herself, and the nurses are all very nice and sympathetic, a huge thank you to all of them!!!!

My stay at the clinic, including a meeting at the airport, a hotel for the entire period and an interpreter, I rate it as excellent. Polite and attentive staff, excellent surgeon, clean modern room with shower, comfortable bed, everything was on top. And most importantly, I am very pleased with the result of the operation for an acceptable cost for me.

Upon arrival, we were met by a transfer, a very polite man) settled in the hotel. The next day we went to the clinic. The operation went quickly and the doctor Ece Kayafatlar has golden hands. Did everything I wanted❤️ Answered all my questions. After the operation, I went to the clinic for examination twice. The staff is very polite. The hospital is clean and warm. They really took their 5 * to the hotel, well, this is already according to their preferences. Our translator Elina was also very attentive and went to any of our proposals. We're flying back tomorrow. I recommend the clinic as well as the doctor.

I would highly recommend this centre. Ege was a fantastic representative of Istanbul aesthetics and was hand with an empathetic ear and also helpful in all aspects of our stay for the week. A credit to the centre!!! Professor Gurhan Ozcan was an excellent surgeon, very informative and an expert at his craft. I took my daughter here and I was extremely anxious leading up to it but I can assure you, this is a great aesthetics centre. Thank you all for taking care of my daughter

I had a hair transplant and the clinic contacted me. They explained what would happen and how it would happen, and arranged a transfer from the airport. All this time, a curator who spoke Russian was in touch with me. I am satisfied with the service and quality of services. I will see the result only in half a year.

The clinic is super, exceeded all expectations!! The interruption was super comfortable, the care of the nurses was super, they definitely know their stuff!!! Chamber deserves a rating of 1000 out of 10! Super spacious, super clean, everything was super comfortable, I love it! What can I say about the doctor. Doctor Yergin Yer is very friendly, smiling and inviting. But super little communication with the doctor. There is almost no consultation with a doctor. It was not enough consultation and communication with the doctor itself. But since I understood what I was getting into and learned on my own everything that would happen to me and understood what I wanted - I had very short questions and everything happened very quickly. The doctor himself practically did not ask anything and made my breasts as he considered it necessary, that is, at his own discretion. The chest came out super naturally, I'm honestly in a pleasant shock! It could have been made even less natural. The staff met all expectations. Super cool nurses, helped with absolutely everything. They brought tea, turned on / off the light, helped put on all the piercings because after the operation I could not do it myself, helped me walk down the corridor after the operation, at any moment when it hurts or something worries - they came at the first call. They brought water when asked. Helped with everything and more! From such nurses did not want to leave the hotel. If I was cold or hot, they instantly corrected this situation. In general, the care department is just super

I did brest augmentation and would like to share my experience. I really liked the clinic and stuff working there. My doctor is very professional but unfortunately I lacked time on the consultation, which was attended literally before surgery. For choosing implants and a size you’re given up to 10 minutes during the discussion with a doctor. Therefore I’m not happy with a size and it’s completely different from my expectations. But the quality of surgery is really high, I’d recommend this clinic only in the case if you’ve already done a self research regarding to implants before it.

The team was excellent and work well together. Ege coordinated the whole trip including pickup from airport to the hotel and back. The physician who performed the procedure was very helpful and helped me understand the whole process. She was thorough and efficient and was able to do 4000 grafts using the latest DHI technology for transplant in one day. They brought me back the next day to remove the bandages and ancillary staff cleaned the scalp. I was also provided with all necessary supplies for post-op care including compression band to reduce swelling, special shampoo and moisturizer. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my experience at Istanbul aesthetic and highly recommend them to anyone looking to get high quality hair transplantation.
