I underwent breast augmentation. The process was quite quick and efficient, the doctor was good, but there was little time for consultation. The staff was also limited, but the room was comfortable and had everything necessary. My advice to clients is to bring someone with you to help, as you only spend the night at the clinic and then return to the hotel on your own. It can be very difficult to get up, arrange pillows for proper and comfortable sleep after surgery, change clothes, and perform many basic actions that are hard to do alone. Also, in my opinion, 5 days is quite short, so plan a trip for 7-10 days. Personally, I felt significantly better on the 8th-9th day after the surgery, with the first 3-4 days being the hardest and most painful. It would also be preferable to provide probiotics when prescribing antibiotics, as anesthesia causes stomach issues, and adding antibiotics exacerbates this. Moreover, after the final check-up with the doctor, it would be ideal if further medications were provided or at least sold on-site, as I personally did not have time to purchase an ointment at the pharmacy for further use, and now I have to look for alternatives because I needed to be at the airport.
Ward, quick operation, medical staff, competence of the doctor
There was little time for consultation with a doctor, I did not like the fact that all the documents were in English and you signed without knowing what was there. It would be good if there was another person in the hotel who could sometimes help or monitor your condition, at least on the first day after returning from Clinics issue an antibiotic, but you also need a probiotic or something for the stomach to recover from anesthesia. They could issue an ointment for further use, I don't think it's very expensive...

Hello. I can say that I am very pleased with the doctor, the fast medical care provided, the girls and nurses are just great. I can’t say that everything in the clinic is state-of-the-art, but it is important that everything was done very professionally, quickly and efficiently, and in this case this is important, the interior is not important, what is important is that I feel good and am happy with the result. I can say that I recommend this clinic to everyone, special thanks to the translator Varvara. She was always in touch and was very attentive and kind to me. Oksana. Germany.

Ecstatic about the outcome of my eyelid revision (not good with proper names 😂). He knew exactly what he was doing and was very thorough with the pre-surgery consultation. Was very kind and understanding to my concerns as I had doubts from the results from my previous surgery (with a different surgeon at a different clinic) but was very understanding and patient with me. I couldn’t recommend him more!! Will definitely be returning for future surgeries. Definitely my go-to surgeon from here on out!

I would like to thank the Bookimed team for the quality consultation and selection of a clinic and a doctor with further services. The coordinators answered questions quickly and were always supportive at any time of the day. With Bookimed you will not worry about anything, the whole trip is well organized (you have pre-registered a hotel with accommodation, transfer from the airport to the hotel, from the hotel to the clinic, and to the airport) We have organized a consultation with the doctor. I had mammoplasty and Vaser liposuction to correct the abdominal area. Everything went well . It’s too early to talk about the result, since my rehabilitation is not over yet, but I’m sure that everything will be great ☺️Bookimed coordinators are very responsible and caring, they always try to help and support in some way, regardless of the time of day. I was so looked after, even though I was completely on my own, it didn't feel that way at all. From pre, during and after surgery EVERYTHING was tailored made to my unique personal and medical needs. Organization and support online at a high level, the coordinator and translator work great! The room is clean, there is everything you need, the food is modest, but quite satisfactory, the staff is attentive, they respond to everything quickly. The surgeon seemed indifferent, as if he was always in a hurry to get somewhere. During the consultation, they didn’t show the implants, they didn’t offer to choose a manufacturer, everything happened very quickly. The advantage is that the result was described in advance, taking into account physiological characteristics. Also, in addition to mammoplasty, labiovaginoplasty was planned in advance, at the consultation it was decided to do only labio, the cost did not change (later, when I asked about it myself, a small part of the amount was returned). According to the results. I had high expectations for mammoplasty, but given my physiology it turned out fine. I was absolutely dissatisfied with labiaplasty, now it’s worse than it was, I see a lot of asymmetry, the clinic reassured me that the final result will be in 3-4 months and now it’s due to swelling, 2 weeks have passed, I haven’t seen swelling as such for a long time and At the moment I absolutely cannot believe that this can somehow miraculously return to normal. The painkillers they give you are weak, but if the pain is severe, it is better to ask to stay in the clinic for another day and get injections.

In principle, I liked everything. Transfer from the airport, hotel, clinic service. Many thanks to Varvara for her support and help in communication. I had blepharoplasty of the lower eyelids with removal of sufas and lipofilling of the middle part of the face. After the operation there was almost no pain, except for those places where fat was taken for lipofilling. So the painkiller that was given at the clinic was not useful. Based on the result of the operation, I can’t say that everything is perfect. The sufas that I wanted to remove still remained, although they became much smaller. 11 days have passed since the operation and it is perhaps too early to talk about the final indicator, but nevertheless, this is the situation at the moment. Let's see what happens in a month.

I liked everything. starting from the first communication with the site consultant to the visit to the clinic and the operation itself. Everything was worked out clearly, the stated price corresponded to what we paid for the service, the clever translator Varvara accompanied us every minute. A sweet, attentive girl who was not only a translator, but also a psychologist to maintain morale. During the flight, difficulties arose due to our fault, so, despite the late hour, the consultants, translator, and representative of the clinic all helped solve the problem, got into the situation, and resolved the issue with the transfer. The clinic itself is large and bright, I got a room with an amazing view from the window. I don’t remember the operation - I was sleeping. The result is incredible. The doctor is a professional in his field, and at the same time very positive and cheerful. In a word, I recommend this clinic; when you get there, you don’t feel like you’re in a “whirlpool of aesthetic surgery” in which you’re one of a million, but you feel like you’re in a sanatorium where everything is aimed at improving your moral and physical condition.

Consultant Stanislav is beyond praise! Just in awe of the man's work. The clinic is old, tired, but the staff and doctors are top notch. Minor cosmetic repairs and replacement of chairs and furniture would have made the stay wonderful. But the staff and doctors did everything to feel as comfortable as possible. The translator, a wonderful girl Varvara, was constantly in touch, even late in the evening, if my paranoid thoughts visited my brain))) The doctor leaves the most pleasant emotions! Professional and very nice person. I felt confident, because I understood that the result is still preliminary, I’m waiting for two months to pass, but I hope I will be as happy as now, but now I am happy! The chest was made simply gorgeous and according to all my wishes.

Stanislav is simply the best! I came across different services, but as a rule it was a high-level service. So Stanislav is simply the highest level of skill in communicating with people. I'm not an easy client, to put it mildly. And even a little scandalous. And the way Stanislav skillfully conducted a dialogue with me is fantastic! Actually, I don't have a single link to the organization. The transfer waited for us for an hour! Because we went through passport control for a long time and we were greeted with a smile.
