From the first enquiry into my surgery journey the staff at Bookimed were very attentive & responded to any questions in a speedy manner, this was followed through consistently during my stay so I’d like to say thank you personally to Yasin & Ege. My surgeon, Dr Ergin Er was thorough in the pre op consultation and speaks perfect English so no barriers there,. My surgery went well and was offered pain relief as & when need, be mindful that the nursing staff speak very little English so best to use a translation app. The food offered was ok however I was given my evening meal at 5pm and was hungry later in the evening, I couldn’t use a delivery app without a Turkish cell number so I’d recommend to take snacks & drinks, water is available from a cooler but I craved a Coke Zero lol.

Hi just wanted to say that everyone were so welcoming, caring and gentle. It’s my first experience in cosmetic surgery I did low belly fat liposuction and breast reduction, it’s my first time here in Turkey, I came alone but not for a moment I felt alone. The medical team is truly incredible, Dr. Ergin Er and so caring and very attentive through the way he speaks with me, the advice, his honesty, it even made me have more confidence in myself. This intervention was very important for me he is an excellent doctor thank you very much Dr. The welcome from the entire Clinic was warm. The nurses are very gentle, even with the language barrier. The day nurses were great, My night nurse Ayse was a rare gem, very attentive, very empathetic, thank you very much Ayse. 🫶🏽 Thank you to the amazing women the nurse Merve ❤️who did my drainage lymphatic massage, she came to the hotel to do it, she helped me a looooot she is so gentle, she is the best!! After a liposuction it’s very the best combination to heal after just 1 massage I was feeling so much better I did 5 massage in all because I had to go back home but this massage reduced my oedema so quickly thank you so much. Thank you very much for the organization, my coordinator Beatriz Ramos was so lovely she helped me a lot sometimes I was so anxious but she always were available for me while answering my questions. Whether with the driver who came to pick me up from the airport, the hotel, the translator Dileke. I recommend this clinic at 100%. ☺️💐

My Coordinator Ege was awesome and very helpful + friendly, quick to respond whenever you need help. Dr Ilker had good questions and was receptive to my suggestions and decisions. I am still healing from the procedure but it looks good so far. I can’t wait to see the jplasma results, at the moment they can’t fully be seen, will update once I can. Overall a+ for the doctor and coordinator. The hospital is okay, the nurses are okay too.

I would like to thank all the staff of Aesthetic Centre for the smiles on their faces when meeting each patient, for the perfectly organised treatment plan, for their attention to the patient's needs, for the professionalism in their work and for the very friendly, cosy atmosphere. Dr Yergin Yer speaks little, but his golden hands work wonders with transforming people. Also a huge thank you to the interpreter Varvara! She was on call from the moment we arrived at the airport until we left back, held my hand before the operation and was just a good support. Transfer drivers Hasan and Ermulla, lovely, friendly and always smiling ! Thank you very much for a comfortable journey around Istanbul!

I am very happy that I went to this doctor, I am very happy with the result I did abdominoplasty and mamoplasty without implants, everything is very beautiful I am delighted. The staff in the hospital is very good, I have no complaints or any dissatisfaction. Only a good impression.

This procedure was on my mind for over 3 years, but I was scared shitless to move forward with it since I've heard a number of unfortunate stories. I had blood clotting issue during pregnancy, so I was extremely worried. Thankfully, Bookimed responded all my questions in a timely manner and with care. Calling me "dear" in every sentence was a bit too much for me, but I knew I was being taken care of. I was mostly surprised that all they needed was my flight info to confirm the appointment, not down payment. That made me feel more at ease to know that it was legitimate. Later, I was contacted by the Istanbul Aesthetic Center's liaison, who was fluent in English and explained everything in detail. Dr. Ergin Er suggested a full tummy tuck instead of a mini one to give the best result once he examined in person, and I'm glad that I did. I can barely see the stretch marks and haven't seen my stomach this flat in years. The disappointing part was when I couldn't get the vaser liposuction on my arms because there's not much fat to extract. I thought my arms are huge but apparently not fatty. Instead of operating for just money, I appreciated the doctor for his transparency. He mentioned it would only give a 30% difference, and it wouldn't be worth of getting scars. At least knowing it from a professional inspired me to focus my workout on my arms instead if second guessing "what-if" if I never took this route. Hence, my procedure changed but the price stayed the same since it deducted arms but upgraded to a full tummy tuck. From the airport pick up to the post-operation, everything was well-planned. I was well-taken care by the nurses and the drivers as well. As the liaison mentioned the nurses aren't fluent English speakers but that didn't stop me from being taken care of. I'm still recovering but am very hopeful that the result will be better than I expected.

Daryna is an asset to bookimed, so thankful and lucky I got her as my medical coordinator. From beginning till end, she was truly there for me in every aspect. She was so professional yet very empathic, kind and reassuring. Her words followed through to my experience in Istanbul. The level of care I received when I finally met Ege in person, who was incredible, explained everything so well to me, attentive and made me feel comfortable on arrival at the hospital. Dr Ergin, the results he gave me that were unique to me and what suited me were amazing. The nurses who took care of me the night I stayed after surgery, took good care of me. The team of people were professional yet so caring and accommodating.

Good afternoon everyone, I had breast augmentation surgery. Surgeon Ergig Er. Everything went perfectly, I am satisfied with the result. All the staff at the clinic were very caring. The only thing that could have been improved was a longer consultation with the surgeon. It lasted literally 10-15 minutes. I didn't even have time to ask about breast size, Dr Ehr told me straight away what implant he was going to put in. Perhaps he has really good experience and a longer consultation was not necessary as I am very happy with the result !

I fell in love with Istanbul at first sight! I was picked up from the airport as agreed, and I liked the hotel; it was simple but had very good staff and that charming Turkish atmosphere. The food was wonderful and delicious, and the tea was very tasty. However, it's advisable to purchase some lira in advance, as the exchange rate at the hotel is not very favorable. On the day of the surgery, everything happened very quickly. I would have preferred the surgery to be scheduled for the morning instead of the afternoon, as it was difficult to go without eating and drinking. The hardest part was the first two days. After waking up, the translator was no longer there, so I didn't quite understand how I was to manage completely alone. Food was brought, but I couldn't even sit up. It would be advisable to bring a companion, preferably a loved one. The next morning, they simply sent me back to the hotel. Also, regarding the pain relief, it was quite weak, to say the least. It would have been better to have something stronger, at least for the first day. Overall, I recommend the clinic, although, in my opinion, when you pay such a substantial amount, you expect a bit more attention.
