Firstly I wanted to start by saying a HUGE thank you to Ege. I booked my procedure 12 months ago from the UK through Bookimed. The whole process was incredibly easy. From the moment I booked until I flew home, Ege responded to all my questions and queries almost instantly. Deciding to get my breast implants removed was a big step and opting to go abroad was an even bigger step. The cost in Turkey was 4 times lower than in the UK but the care and attentiveness was 10 times better. I was collected from the airport, taken to my hotel and picked up and dropped off by executive transport for my procedure, appointments and airport transfers at no extra cost. On the day of my procedure I was given a full MOT (ECG, bloods, consultation with the anaesthetist and meeting with Dr Ergin) to ensure I was fit and well for the procedure. The procedure itself was quick. My mum and teenage children waited in my hospital room while I was in surgery and where there waiting for me when I woke up. I was checked on hourly after my surgery and the hospital food was lovely (way better than UK). I was discharged with full post op instructions and given my appointment for a few days time (to have bandages removed). I didn’t need any pain relief at all! To anyone considering a private medical procedure look no further than Istanbul Aesthetics Center. Honestly, I was anticipating a very stressful experience BUT it’s been the exact opposite. THANK YOU Ege and Dr Ergin. You’ve both been incredible and changed my life.

I liked absolutely everything. From meeting at the airport to return transfer to the airport. Dr. Ergin is a professional in his field, he says little and does a lot. I would like to especially thank the translator, the girl Varvara. Very pleasant and attentive to all questions.

Medical staff, top doctor. Hotel, good location. Coordinator Vera is a very nice and friendly girl, special thanks to her.

They don't do 3D modeling. And this is very bad, because there is no way to see the final result. I had rhinoplasty and liked the results. And otoplasty, I’m not at all happy with the result, it feels like it’s gotten worse, now they’ve become very crooked, especially the terrible view from the back. but I hope when the swelling goes away, the situation will be a little better.

I had a 360 degree liposuction with tightening and was very satisfied with everything, the clinic and the staff were No. 1, I couldn't have imagined it any better. Dr Ergin He is a very professional doctor, I immediately felt very comfortable with him. My result is more than satisfactory for me. Of course, thanks also to Bookimed who gave me great support. The result of the surgery is excellent, so I can rate the doctor the best I can. There was no preliminary discussion and 3-D modelling of the nose before the operation. This is a significant disadvantage. The medical staff fulfilled their duties: they gave me medicines, measured my blood pressure, but I had to ask them to constantly bring ice to apply to my face after the operation. After 10 pm and until the morning, no one brought ice for cold compresses on the face. The food in the hospital was quite simple, not tasty. There was no bottled water in the ward.

Communication with Bookimed consultants left the best memories, I am very grateful to the managers for their help and support. The transfer was well organised. A good translator, Varvara.

The doctor spent very little time discussing the operation, explaining it, and I had no idea what I would get after the operation. There was no predictive photo of the nose after rhinoplasty. The nurses did not bring ice to cool my face after the operation. I did not like the food in the clinic at all.

If you are hesitating then don't. This is the first time I've travelled abroad for cosmetic surgery and it felt really daunting. However the team, the hospital and the hotel were amazing. Everything is stress free. You are met at the airport and from the moment you meet your coordinator you are supported through the process. I had a mini tummy tuck and breast implants. I am over the moon with the results. I've waited a long time to do this and can only say, after my own experience, dont worry, just do it. No risks are taken. It is highly professional and everyone is lovely. Cant praise you enough. Dr Er and the team you are wonderful and thank you for my new body. Vanessa from the UK.❤

Complete face lift is not an easy proceed. It was without any pain at all long. The after surgery mask wearing is naturally uncomfortable and create difficulty to sleep. The medical staff for two days in the clinic doing good job and keep me under very serious medical surveillance. The clinic is very clean and I have not any problem to recovery, no eventual infection.

Professional approach of the clinic to the pre surgery, transfers and payments etc

The hotel moved me 3 times room to room ... and the end for a week in a basement without sunlight ... cleaning only twice ... expensive and very average quality of the food

I definitely recommend the clinic! Everything went very well. The medical staff is great, they did everything for my comfort. The interpreter was always in touch with me, and she was always there in the clinic. The surgeon performed the operation completely at my request. The hotel had very tasty breakfasts, and each one was different (it was the first time I saw that breakfasts were not repeated). The room was very comfortable. Very good location of the hotel. Thanks also to the Bookimed platform, the coordinator Stanislav is very nice, he let me know everything clearly, answered all questions quickly. I recommend it!!!

From the day i contacted Bookimed they answered my within minutes. I explained the procedure i wanted to have and also explained how worried I was. They were very patient, reassuring and found me the best hospital and surgeon. Yasin my medical manager had been with me throughout my tummy tuck surgery. Istanbul Aesthetic Center was amazing and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. Dr Ergin Er explained everything before my surgery and checked on me every day whilst at the hospital. Even when I left Istanbul and arrived home if I had a concern, I knew I could message Yasin and he always replies within minutes. I am so thankful to Bookimed, Istanbul aesthetic centre and Dr ergin er. If I ever want surgery if the future I would only ever book with Bookimed. I

If I had to say something bad, honestly the only thing I can think of; language barrier- if only the staff could speak english, it was difficult on times after my surgery to communicate with the nurses. But saying that they were excellent in my after care whilst at the hospital.
