I was afraid to go to another country for surgery without knowing the language, but everything went well. A good interpreter accompanied me everywhere, and the hospital staff spoke English. Everything was well organised, from arrival to departure, with communication available practically 24/7. The interpreter was always available, and the doctor was very good and experienced. I liked everything. If the operation is extensive, as it was in my case, it is essential to take someone with you, as it was difficult to move around on my own in the hotel after the operation. I will only be able to assess the results of the operation later, when everything has healed.

Experienced doctor, attentive medical staff, well-organised transfers

You need to stay in hospital for at least one more day. It's too early to be discharged two days after abdominoplasty. On the third day, I still couldn't fully look after myself. If I hadn't had someone with me, I wouldn't even have been able to go to the toilet.

I had a hair transplant in May 2024. I can confidently recommend this clinic, as well as Dr. Oya Sisman, who led the procedure. Oya is a world-class professional showing the utmost care for patients. Translator Varvara was also a great help. I am very pleased with the results: my hair has grown excellently since the procedure. The service was also top-notch: the hotel was excellent, the clinic responded to any questions at any time, and the airport transfer was seamless. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone considering a hair transplant. Remember, transplanted hair fully grows in about six months.

Professional doctors, professional translator, high-quality service, excellent hotel, low price.

The equipment in the clinic is not the newest, and the pain-relieving injections are VERY painful.

The wonderful Dr Ergin Er listened carefully to my wishes regarding surgery for my nose. He did a wonderful job and I am absolutely delighted with the result! The best assistant and interpreter of the doctor Varvara helped during the whole treatment, she translates into Russian qualitatively and quickly. Varvara and the doctor were always in touch with me after the operation, responding to my messages almost instantly. The medical staff was caring and friendly, help was provided promptly. The hospital prepared delicious food for me after the operation and I recovered quickly. Overall, the hospital is cosy and pleasant, everywhere is clean and sterile, the cleaners are meticulous about cleanliness. This is my first plastic surgery. I was very nervous. However, when I came to the clinic, I realised that my body was in good hands. The doctor understood what I wanted and performed the surgery in the best way possible. After a week it became clear that I got the breast of my dreams. Everything was perfect. From the transfer to the hotel room. The accompaniment of an interpreter 24/7. The friendly staff. The attention I received throughout my stay in the clinic, before and after discharge. I am very pleased I went through Bookimed to book my necklift surgery. Confidence, my assigned medical co-ordinator was excellent. She answered every question I had and I had lots of them. She did her best to make sure all my needs were met. Dr. Gürhan Özcan is truly a professor and I was lucky I got him to perform my surgery. Along with his expertise, he is also kind and very caring. I even asked him on the spur of the moment to do a temporal brow lift together with the necklift. I will be forever grateful that he did, as I am 100% happy with the results. I highyly recommend this clinic.

Dr Ergin Er was very thorough and answered all of my questions. His English was great and my coordinators also spoke perfect English. The nurses were very kind and did a great job. Since I have been a nurse for 30+ years in USA, it was interesting to see how things were done, and I felt very comfortable and well-cared for throughout the entire process. I am so happy with my results and I am very happy with my decision to proceed with having this surgery at Istanbul Aesthetic Center. I highly recommend them.

I would have liked more thorough instructions post op, maybe some printed instructions for the following weeks of recovery regarding wound care and activity limitations.

Very easy process to get connected to the center and get answers to my questions. My only negative was I felt like once I paid my deposit, they stopped reaching out to me. I had to beg to get preop instructions about medications and travel and what to expect. It would have been nice to have more of that information without having to beg for it. Overall great experience

I chose Ergein for his surgical skills to carry out a rhinoplasty. I'm so disappointed with the result, I end up with a pig nose that doesn't fit my face very well. I hope it will get better but I'm having a very hard time of it and I'm very disappointed to have had this done. As for my translator, she wasn't there during the consultation to remove the bandages and I felt helpless when I saw the result in the mirror. The operation left me completely ugly.

I liked absolutely everything. From meeting at the airport to return transfer to the airport. Dr. Ergin is a professional in his field, he says little and does a lot. I would like to especially thank the translator, the girl Varvara. Very pleasant and attentive to all questions.
