This is my first plastic surgery. I was very nervous. However, when I came to the clinic, I realised that my body was in good hands. The doctor understood what I wanted and performed the surgery in the best way possible. After a week it became clear that I got the breast of my dreams. Everything was perfect. From the transfer to the hotel room. The accompaniment of an interpreter 24/7. The friendly staff. The attention I received throughout my stay in the clinic, before and after discharge. And the doctor is a real artist and sculptor. I recommend this clinic unequivocally. Next time only to you.

The hospital where I had my nose job is average compared to Memorial, Quartz and others. They won’t give me the bill. I paid $4,000 in cash. And their surgical report isn’t genuine either; it’s been tampered with... and the hospital’s internal management is extremely poor, ranging from the racist treatment by staff to the manipulation of invoices and medical reports... Please help me to submit my complaint to the Turkish authorities so that I can obtain my legitimate bill and my genuine medical report
Professor Gürhan is a man of fine character and excellent qualities; may God bless him

I am very pleased I went through Bookimed to book my necklift surgery. Confidence, my assigned medical co-ordinator was excellent. She answered every question I had and I had lots of them. She did her best to make sure all my needs were met. Dr. Gürhan Özcan is truly a professor and I was lucky I got him to perform my surgery. Along with his expertise, he is also kind and very caring. I even asked him on the spur of the moment to do a temporal brow lift together with the necklift. I will be forever grateful that he did, as I am 100% happy with the results. I highyly recommend this clinic.

Dr Ergin Er was very thorough and answered all of my questions. His English was great and my coordinators also spoke perfect English. The nurses were very kind and did a great job. Since I have been a nurse for 30+ years in USA, it was interesting to see how things were done, and I felt very comfortable and well-cared for throughout the entire process. I am so happy with my results and I am very happy with my decision to proceed with having this surgery at Istanbul Aesthetic Center. I highly recommend them.

I would have liked more thorough instructions post op, maybe some printed instructions for the following weeks of recovery regarding wound care and activity limitations.

Very easy process to get connected to the center and get answers to my questions. My only negative was I felt like once I paid my deposit, they stopped reaching out to me. I had to beg to get preop instructions about medications and travel and what to expect. It would have been nice to have more of that information without having to beg for it. Overall great experience

I am very glad that I had the opportunity to have surgery in your clinic. Very pleasant medical staff, always ready to offer a convenient time and day to visit the doctor. Ergin Er is the best surgeon. He is a master of his craft, the doctor speaks English, he worked for 4 years in the USA. Many thanks to him for a perfect job! Elvina is the best coordinator! Thank her very much. She always helped and organized everything. ❤️ I had a primary mammoplasty, Ergin took into account all my suggestions and gave me the maximum size I wanted! Elvina helped with payment and accompanied me everywhere in the clinic. The chamber is good, I really liked it. Thank God, the operation went perfectly and very easily. I also liked the hotel where I stayed for a week. Choose only Istanbul Aesthetic, I advise everyone

Hello, I don't know where to start. At the beginning I was a bit afraid of what to expect, but when I arrived at the hospital the staff and the doctor immediately allayed my fears. I am fascinated by the result of my tummy tuck +360 degree liposuction. The staff and the whole hospital team were very nice and Dr Ergin is the best doctor in my opinion, he knows his job. In the event that I should decide to have another operation at some point, I would only go to this doctor and this hospital. I can't even put into words how happy I am.

I chose Ergein for his surgical skills to carry out a rhinoplasty. I'm so disappointed with the result, I end up with a pig nose that doesn't fit my face very well. I hope it will get better but I'm having a very hard time of it and I'm very disappointed to have had this done. As for my translator, she wasn't there during the consultation to remove the bandages and I felt helpless when I saw the result in the mirror. The operation left me completely ugly.

I recently booked a blepharoplasty with dr Elgin Er through Bookimed. They were very speedy in their response to any of my questions and the representative from Bookimed followed up frequently to ensure that all the arrangements were done fast and effectively. I am quite impressed with how easy it was to arrange everything through them. It took the uncertainty and difficulty out of the process. The liked the ease of the whole process. All arrangements were done and each step of the process worked like clockwork. Traveling with a dedicated driver to and from the airport to the hotel, and the hotel to the clinic and back. The hotel they booked was sufficient and the staff were very friendly and supportive. The surgeon, dr Elgin is very knowledgeable and I’m quite happy with the outcome of the surgery. Very little scarring and bruising. You only see the surgeon for 5 min before the operation. All post-op visits are done with other doctors. When you have any questions for the surgeon be sure to ask it during the first consultation as you won’t get another chance. Although my contract stated that it includes for a partner with 5 nights at the hotel and 1 night in the hospital , my booking at the hotel was only for 1 person. And it was only 4 nights at the hotel as I had to check out of the hotel for the night in the hospital and re- check in after the surgery. That was a quite inconvenient as I would have liked to leave my luggage in the room, and my partner also had to pay extra to stay in the hotel for the night that I was in the hospital.
