If you plan to get veneers, be aware that the recovery process requires patience. It's been 15 days. The color and shape of my complete smile with E-max veneers turned out better than I expected. However, I still experience sharp pain when biting into food and realize that my bite needs a slight adjustment. I rate the work of the doctor and the clinic overall as good, but this discomfort slightly clouds the impression. Nevertheless, my advice is simple: if you want it, go for it. If you've decided—do it!

What worried me most before the operation was how the recovery would go. It’s been 10 days now, and I can say it really is a process. My biggest challenge at the moment is that my eyes are a bit swollen, and the incision sites from the upper eyelid correction are still a bit red. Despite this, I can already see positive changes. When I smile, my eyes look better than before. That’s the main thing. The surgeon’s work and the clinic as a whole were of a high standard, so I’d give them a 4/5. To anyone considering something similar, my advice would be: be clear about what you want to do and stay as calm as possible.

To be honest, my biggest fear was that the asymmetry of my nostrils—the main issue with my first operation—couldn’t be corrected. The surgeon calmly explained the open approach he would use and put me completely at ease. Now, just 15 days on, the recovery process is progressing well. Although it’s too early to judge the bridge of my nose, I can already see that the tip of my nose has improved projection. The clinic staff have been incredibly attentive, which has made these first few weeks much easier. I am grateful for the care I have received.

My biggest worry was feeling rushed on the day of surgery, and that part was challenging. I would request the many forms that need reading and signing prior to your visit, because being asked to understand what you’ve read and sign on the day when one is feeling anxious and nervous is not ideal. Despite this, my surgeon was fantastic and I felt confident with the dual plane technique used. The results so far are good. Recovery takes time. At 15 days, I'm still struggling to sleep and have some mild discomfort and slightly numb nipples. I feel that a leaflet detailing what to expect in the coming weeks would have been beneficial.

My anaesthetist. He was a wonderful man that put me at ease. He spoke excellent English and reassured me that I was in safe hands. My surgeon also spoke excellent English which was important.

The nurses didn’t speak much English and bearing in mind they are looking after you post surgery it was a a bit difficult. Forms sent to me prior my visit as mentioned before. More post op information. And an emergency number to call once I left the hospital to go to the hotel. I had to ask for that.

I had a good experience, had my breast reduction with Dr. Ergin Er. He is very professional, I chose his clinic because of his experience and good reviews. I wanted to go too small because my whole life I hated my breasts but he explained to me the best option and I love my results. I’m emotional thinking of how my dream came true, only someone with big saggy boobs can understand this. I feel like a whole new person. This is life changing, All dresses and tops I couldn’t wear I can now wear. I won’t have to struggle looking for bras that fit. No more bruises from bra straps, back pain when I sit…endless. I enjoyed my experience, it was a solo trip that I needed and it’s incredible how someone’s life can change in just one day. My after care is not complicated, I’m just following the instructions, trying not lift anything heavy and I’m healing so well. The after pictures I took them on my seventh day after Dr Ergin removed the tapes I had from surgery. I spent 6 days in Veyron hotel and came back on the 7th day. I went alone and I was worried I would struggle with no help but the hotel has a restaurant & room service with very nice workers.

I was afraid to go to another country for surgery without knowing the language, but everything went well. A good interpreter accompanied me everywhere, and the hospital staff spoke English. Everything was well organised, from arrival to departure, with communication available practically 24/7. The interpreter was always available, and the doctor was very good and experienced. I liked everything. If the operation is extensive, as it was in my case, it is essential to take someone with you, as it was difficult to move around on my own in the hotel after the operation. I will only be able to assess the results of the operation later, when everything has healed.

Experienced doctor, attentive medical staff, well-organised transfers

You need to stay in hospital for at least one more day. It's too early to be discharged two days after abdominoplasty. On the third day, I still couldn't fully look after myself. If I hadn't had someone with me, I wouldn't even have been able to go to the toilet.

The wonderful Dr Ergin Er listened carefully to my wishes regarding surgery for my nose. He did a wonderful job and I am absolutely delighted with the result! The best assistant and interpreter of the doctor Varvara helped during the whole treatment, she translates into Russian qualitatively and quickly. Varvara and the doctor were always in touch with me after the operation, responding to my messages almost instantly. The medical staff was caring and friendly, help was provided promptly. The hospital prepared delicious food for me after the operation and I recovered quickly. Overall, the hospital is cosy and pleasant, everywhere is clean and sterile, the cleaners are meticulous about cleanliness. I had a hair transplant in May 2024. I can confidently recommend this clinic, as well as Dr. Oya Sisman, who led the procedure. Oya is a world-class professional showing the utmost care for patients. Translator Varvara was also a great help. I am very pleased with the results: my hair has grown excellently since the procedure. The service was also top-notch: the hotel was excellent, the clinic responded to any questions at any time, and the airport transfer was seamless. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone considering a hair transplant. Remember, transplanted hair fully grows in about six months.
