I had a septorhinoplasty with Dr Ergin Er at Istanbul aesthetics plastic surgery centre, and had an incredible experience!! Everyone was incredibly supportive and helpful. Elviira, my Bookimed coordinator, was amazing at answering any questions I had (which was a lot!) and making sure I felt comfortable throughout the whole process. I was checked up on after my visit and also when I returned after a few weeks, with full end-to-end support. I had a smooth transition to Yasin, my medical manager, who was flawless at arranging travel and all logistics and also incredibly helpful with aftercare instructions. I did not have to worry or take care of anything myself. The hospital was clean, modern and comfortable and made sure I was ok at all times. The staff were incredibly attentive and more than happy to help answer any questions I had and made sure I didn’t feel nervous going in. My husband who stayed with me throughout was also well taken care of (given meals and bedding to stay next to me overnight), which was hugely appreciated. My surgeon, Dr Ergin Er, was very professional and reassuring- I’ve previously had a septoplasty in the UK which he needed to correct as well as performing the rhinoplasty as we had planned. There were no hidden or extra costs and I’m finally able to breathe clearly (like I was supposed to when I had surgery in London). He clearly communicated realistic expectations and what would suit my face I’m currently almost a month postop and couldn’t be more thrilled with the results! He has done the most incredible job and it is better than I could’ve hoped for I can’t wait to see what it looks like as it heals further but he’s truly turned my biggest insecurity into my new favourite feature! The after-care was fantastic and the recovery process was very easy. All the staff at the hospital were incredible and took such great care of me which I couldn’t be more thankful for. Overall, I had an amazing experience and i’m so pleased with how it’s turned out. I was fully taken care of from the first message to now. Originally I was a bit nervous about travelling abroad for surgery and wasn’t sure what to expect but this whole process has been so easy and smooth that I would absolutely do it again and recommend it to others. Everyone was so supportive and great at calming my nerves and reassuring me throughout every step of the way. I couldn’t be more thankful to my surgeon and the rest of the team for the amazing work they did.

I really liked how organised everything was. The schedule was clearly explained and followed well throughout, so I didn’t have to worry or feel stressed. The surgeon was very kind and even joked with me before the operation, which helped me feel more relaxed. I was also able to bring my family, including my young son, and both the hotel and hospital accommodated us really well.

Varvara, a very polite and understanding interpreter, provided us with first-class support. She was always in touch with us, and her positive attitude was a great help to us. And we are very grateful to our doctor, Ergin Er, the very best specialist in his field. My daughter and I had long dreamed of seeing him specifically because I had seen the results of his work. In my opinion, Dr Ergin Er is the very best specialist in his field 🤲🏻🤲🏻🤲🏻

It was relatively simple process from beginning to end. The doctor was knowledgeable, professional, and helpful through and through. I’d definitely recommend, but with a few caveats.

The doctor addressed all my questions and answered them. The interpreter was helpful and answered my questions even when I was at the hotel.

Excellent anaesthesia team; the preparation and administration of the general anaesthetic went smoothly (I didn’t feel a thing – it was like falling asleep for a minute) Care in hospital was provided by the nursing team, though the standard varied. The doctor took the time to talk to me, and all my questions were answered

I’d like to leave a review of Istanbul Esthetic Center in Turkey. The interpreter, Varvara, was simply amazing — very attentive, always available, and genuinely helpful with any queries. Even after I returned home, she continued to respond and offer support. A special thank you to Dr Ergir Er — a brilliant surgeon and a very pleasant person, who was easy and relaxed to talk to, without any unnecessary stress or tension. I am currently in the recovery phase following breast surgery, but I am already pleased with the result. We’ll see, of course, how things progress and what the final result looks like. The organisation of my stay was also top-notch. A transfer was arranged, and at the clinic the nurses and staff kept a constant eye on me — practically round the clock. While I was at the clinic, I was well looked after; they always helped when needed, took my blood pressure and monitored my condition. The food at the clinic was excellent. I was able to move about freely, walk the corridors, and always felt supported by the staff. Overall, my impressions are very good. Istanbul Esthetic Centre left a strong positive impression — I can recommend it.
