I travelled from the UK for my procedure and was instantly made to feel comfortable and ensured about everything. I would like to say thank you to Abdul for being most helpful with anything I was worried about, he made me feel at ease, I could ask him anything! (Really good English) and also to my surgeon Dr Ergin Er, who was lovely and explained things thoroughly to me and made sure I was happy! (Also very good English) the nurses at the hospital were kind and helpful, it was very clean and regularly checked, I can’t fully comment on my surgery results yet as with rhinoplasty it takes a while for the full results, but so far I am very pleased. If you’re hesitating wether to use this clinic, or travel over there’s no need to worry, everything is brilliant! The accommodation I had provided was a 2 minute walk from the hotel, which was also lovely! Thank you to you all.

Everything is alright. Upon arrival at the airport we were met by a transfer, brought to the hotel. The next day, they had already been tested and had surgery. The first night was incomprehensible (after anesthesia), but we overcame it. And then the recovery process began before the removal of the cast, there was everything: the blood from the nose, and the head, and the whole body hurt, there was enough. Great hotel, breakfast is delicious, everything was fine. Elvina’s girlfriend helped us, she’s just fine, she completely helped in everything, told, drove, and looked after us! Even on the 3rd day after the operation, she washed my head because the best was not real.

I was very pleased, everything went as promised, the doctor was just a brilliant specialist, staff, translator, and the whole program was very well organized, if I touched again to have an operation, I chose only this clinic. Thank you all very much, especially Dr. Ergin Er. and Elvina.

The medical team were great, very attentive. They did a wonderful job of making me feel safe immediately post operation and when I can back for a review Bookimed have been excellent in this process, I think the experience would have been vastly different (in a bad way) if I weren't to have used them. As I was travelling abroad to get my surgery done, I felt lost and clueless in the plethora of clinics and doctors out there. Hugo done a great job of shortlisting the best clinics suited to me and produced a package which I would not of been able to do on my own.

I’m very happy with the all experience since day one contacting the clinic .I’ve been in contact with Mariia Bondar since first enquire , and I must say she’s excepcional . She always answers my questions and try to help me the best way she could . Passing by the representative of the hospital that picks us up at the hotel on the day of the operation and takes us to the clinic, a big thank you too. Besides speaking perfect English, is a super friendly person and ver helpful . My doctor was Dr Ergen, which i can only say it was 5 stars in every respect . My procedure was vaserlipo , that I can say that I’m still swollen as only been a week , but very happy so far with the results . The only negative point is some and most of the staff don’t speak English , but Abdul even finishing his shift he made us comfortable about that as he said if something that we needed , we just call him and he could help on translating to the nurses. Well, thank Istanbul aesthetic Center and the staff .

I recently traveled to Istanbul for my first cosmetic surgery procedure and i couldn't be more happy with the whole process. The coordinator, Abdul, was amazing at calming any nerves and making me feel at easy. He also answered all my late night questions about the process very fast. As for the surgery I must say I was/am blown away by my surgeon DR. Ergin and his abilities to exceed my expectations! I went in to see if i could get nose width reduced and moderate natural looking implant and recieved an amazing rhinoplasty that enhanced my overall face and breast implants with breast lift that look absolutely perfect for my body. Im only 3 weeks out and all my friends and coworkers can't stop complimenting my new appearance. The hospital room i stayed in was a standard room and very comfortable. The nurses helped me with everything from feeding, icing my face, and helping me to the bathroom. Overall everyone, was incredible from the very first online consultation and still keeps in contact. I would suggest to anyone to ask for the blanche hotel next to the center as it is withing a 2 minute walk and has amazing 24hr room service and artisan raspberry cheesecake that is amazing!

I want to express my deep gratitude to the surgeon Ergin Er. His professionalism and experience inspired confidence in moments of intense fear, since the operation was done for the first time and especially on the face. The organizer of the clinic is Elvin Great clever. Thanks to her, the excessive fuss associated with transport, accommodation and coordination was removed. She was always in touch and provided enormous moral support. Although the recovery after surgery is a rather unpleasant process, positive emotions remained from the clinic and its employees. They are great !!!! this koment was offered to write to me in the form of a message! But what I want to say, I wanted to write to Elvir’s translator many times, she’s not only a translator, she is an employee of the clinic! I’d like to write a word about blogging !!! the doctor knows what he’s doing and knows how to do it well !!! I rode according to the photo report, initially to the anchor lift? but the doctor said on the spot that I didn’t need it, and he was right !!! the chest is not on the forehead, it’s like her own !! THANKS !!! !

Amazing Dr Mahmut Ozgul is down to earth,compassionate kind and an absolute artist in his field!!this young dr is a breath of fresh air!! He speaks perfect English I couldn’t recommend anyone more!!! The clinic is clean & professional,with luxurious rooms!! She made a plastic breast. The stay in the clinic went very well. Excellent doctor and caring staff. The result was very impressed and I liked it right away, although less than a month after the operation. In my situation, many clinics recommended a tightening and implants. My doctor in Aestetic Ergin Er said that only implants would be enough, which made me happy, because there are fewer scars on the chest (the cut is just under the breast). As a plus, I can also note that the chest looks very natural and neat. Hundred percent recommend.
