From start to finish my experience with Bookimed and my adviser Dr Mohammed Aljawhar was impeccable, I can’t fault any of it. He helped me organise everything a good few times because of COVID, and was very patient and supportive. Istanbul Aesthetics Clinic met all my expectations and more. My surgeon Ergin Er was very skilled and knowledgeable, he communicated really well with me and despite it being a difficult revision rhinoplasty I know he tried his best. Abdul was a great hospital coordinator and kept in touch regularly. He kept my spirits high when recovery was tough and reassured me. I felt well looked after and hope for a great result In’shaa’Allah. I will definitely recommend Bookimed and this clinic to anyone thinking of having surgery. England surgeons n hospitals have nothing on Turkey. I am very appreciative for my experience. Thanks to all!!! Mariya

All staff were professional throughout the duration of my surgery and overnight stay. I felt confident and reassured by the surgeon undertaking my breast reduction pre consultation. I experienced no pain following the surgery, only some discomfort. All appropriate aftercare/treatment/medication was provided by the medical team on duty. My co-ordinator was exceptional and was available at all times to answer my queries prior to and following surgery. As a single traveller I required reassurance and support to make this journey and was relieved that this was offered to me. I have been extremely satisfied with the surgical procedure and end result. This has been a life changer for me. The only thing I can suggest to others is, to ensure you take a good supply of bottled water with you during the hospital stay! A grateful thank you to my Bookimed coordinator Sadeq, Dr. Ergin Er and medical staff.

Hello, I was at the Istanbul Aesthetic center from October 6 to October 13, 2021, I really liked both the clinic and the medical staff. Thanks to the doctor and his assistant, the plastic surgeon Ergin Er performed an excellent operation for me (breast lift reduction), the coordinator-translator Elvina was accompanied and in touch. Very good room, organized transfer airport hotel clinic. I also want to thank the coordinator Lilia from Bookimed, she picked up and helped with the choice of a clinic and a doctor)), good luck to you))

I wanted 320 ml, they put it at 275 without my knowledge, when the swelling went down they became small, and sank as if they were not round, but hanging, I don’t like it so much if it was originally size 320, it would have been rounder.

Everything was at a high level, well-coordinated, without unnecessary hassle, without fuss, quickly and clearly! The doctor and staff are professionals, if there are questions, they all answer, explain, the anesthesia did not bring discomfort, the size was set on the advice of the doctor, and I am very pleased with the result!

Everything was wonderful . The staff and surgeon are all exceptional and very professional and have looked after me so well . I would recommend using Instanbul clinic as I’ve had a great experience . I was worried leaving UK to come to Instanbul , but it was definitely the right decision. I’ve had breast implants and the surgeon was amazing and knew exactly what my problem was and knew exactly how to fix it , and he has . Highly recommend this clinic to anyone thinking if plastic surgery as they absolutely brilliant

I can honestly say to anyone who is thinking of coming here but are worried because you are leaving UK and it is not NHS, I understand your concerns as I had the same but my experience overall with everything was amazing and everything was so easy and organised and the results speak for themselves and I am very very happy . The staff , every member of them were absolutely brilliant .

At times I was nervous about my treatment as I've never had cosmetic work before but my doctors and interpretor were very assuring, even the driver that transported me to and from the hospital was very friendly. Not to mention my nose and my hairline look fantastic.
Car service made everything so easy, doctors were always friendly and reassuring, medical staff (nurses etc.) would fetch me water and answer my questions while I was in recovery even when I was being annoying hahaha. Having my hair washed after my transplant. When my cast came off of my nose I couldn't stop smiling, even though smiling hurt my nose.
Sometimes things felt a little bit rushed but it's only because it's a popular clinic. Once you are with your doctor they give you all of their attention, you wouldn't know they have any other patients.

I was apprehensive about bookimed because I've never had plastic surgery before but everything went perfectly. If I decide to have more cosmetic work done in the future I will do it through bookimed.

The entire experience was amazing! It was seamless from the airport transportation to the airport drop off at the very end! I was shocked at how highly organized everything was! I 100% recommend this place, if you want to go to a place you can trust, this is it! Also, the entire staff were so professional and very caring ❤️
