Overall it was an extremely good experience. I was with Dr Ergin who was very friendly in the initial consultation. A good thing about this experience was that I didn’t feel pressured to get a nose I didn’t want. Dr Ergin listened to the style of the nose I wanted and gave the results I was looking for! Very happy with the results! I am extremely satisfied with Bookimed and Bakr helped me so much with organising the transfers as well as communicating between the hotels and hospitals! He did an extremely good job and I am very happy he was helping me, as I do not know how I would have been on my own! As a matter of fact, when there was an issue with one of my transfers from the airport, he woke up amidst the night and help organise another one which I am truly grateful for! Honestly 10/10 service, I would recommend Bakr to anyone!

Hello everyone ! I want to leave a review, firstly I want to say when I arrived at the clinic, the doctor just looked at me and didn’t say anything, everything was very fast, they took blood for analysis and after that they didn’t say about the result. I had breast augmentation surgery. .. since I am a mother after breastfeeding a baby, I also needed a breast lift, the price tag was put up for me for a breast lift and implants. But no one did braces for me (Everything is very housey, it feels like they are just stuffing their hands, work is on stream (after the operation I stayed in the hospital for a day, the relationship was wonderful, and for this I thank them very much) after a daily stay I was taken to hotel, they came and ran to see the doctor, everything seems to be fine, but there is one thing, but when my chest began to heal and I could look and touch, it turns out that the implants were not fixed at all, I wrote this to the curator and she wrote to me what I need get better, but during the operation my weight was the same, I’m horrified I don’t know what to do, the war has also begun, I go only in a bandage

I was really impressed with the clinic, the quality of the facility, the professionalism of the staff, the surgeon and his team. I had a breast reduction, which can be a very scary process. I was made to feel at ease and made very comfortable. Couldn't have asked for better. Thank you IEC team!
Spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable hospital room and en suite bathroom. The surgeon was well spoken, professional and clearly highly skilled.
At my final consultation my coordinator was not available/ didn't respond to messages

Thr hotel was lovely, very clean with friendly staff. The aesthetics centre co-ordinator Ege was exceptional and went above and beyond to ensure i was safe having anasthetic after having a bad bout of covid. He took me to two specialist hospitals for checks on my lungs and heart and stayed to translate so i understood what was happening. When i was given the all clear, he stayed on call 27/7 and was brilliant. The surgeon Dr Ergin Er, spoke very good English and although i am still strapped up and havent had a good close look, it seems hes done an exceptional job. I was discharged back to the hotel the day after my op with all the medication i need given to me and explained in full. The clinic is literally over the road from the hotel so i have easy access if i have any problems and have been told to pop over anytime ifbi have a problem. The hotel has arranged for our lateral flow tests for journey home and at a reasonable price. The hotel restaurant makes lovely food, also at a reasonable price and there are places nearby to eat out or buy snacks. I have no worries about recommending the clinic and hotel to anyone and will definately come back nexr year with my hubby for dental treatment.

Everything was very easy from the beginning! Bookimed helped me find the perfect clinic for me. The staff were very welcoming when I got there, the surgery was very well done and they allocated a fantastic hotel to stay in for my recovery for the week afterwards! I would definitely recommend!

I had the Penis Enlargement surgery. After reading the information on Bookimed I was excited to know It would enlarge the penis by 1-3 INCHES. (3-9 centimeters) And add 2,5 Inches in girth. (5cm) However, when I arrive and finished paying I meet my doctor and I am then told It will only increase "visually" but not actually increase at all. Only look like It is bigger. Only a little girth increase. Now,2 weeks after the surgy I have infection in the penis, my foreskin does not move. My penis is mutilated and the cuts were not stitched properly and I have an open hole in my penis with stuff leaking out. All of the girth added has disappeared and It looks like I will have to cut off the entire penis so I won't die from infection.

Viktoria was very helpful, but misinforming. When I asked her how much size It would add she said around 3+ centimeters. But my penis did not increase in size, and now It is mutilated and infected and I have to cut it off.

Let me start with the fact that I didn’t like it. The doctor spent very little time. And they even promised three-D modeling. When I asked about this, they just laughed in response. I also didn’t like the nurses. One took my blood with great difficulty and, most importantly, without gloves. It’s the same story with the catheter. The second one left me with four stitches in my nose, which I had to remove at home myself. I really liked the accompanying interpreter Elvina. But the result was good. A year has already passed. Thank God I don’t regret it and I’m even glad that I was able to do it.

The clinic itself is located in a very convenient area, the metro, shops and the hotel itself are very close. The staff of the clinic left a good impression From the very beginning of our arrival in Istanbul. We were greeted by our transfer friendly. The next day, the doctor's assistant Elvina came to the hotel. who guided us from start to finish. Doctor Erzhin Er is a specialist in his field, consultation and the operation itself was performed perfectly. The hospital is modern with friendly medical staff. The ward looks like a luxurious hotel room.

Good day! Everything went great: we were greeted, shown off, the room was wonderful, the staff was very helpful and polite. Regarding the operation itself: everything is very professional, they did even more than requested. I had an implant replacement (they were 18 years old and one ruptured, pus formed). They cleaned everything out, replaced it, took my fat from my belly and made my breasts in a magnificent natural shape. Special thanks go to Bookimed for the good organization and the welcoming party, in particular Elvina, who was very attentive, translated everything, and created a wonderful atmosphere. Thanks a lot, everyone!!!
