First I was a bit skeptical of Bookimed as I’ve never used or heard of their services. I must say they were very professional, answered all the questions I’ve had, and there were many and everything they said would happen happen. Yasin was my medical coordinator and everything that I’d read about him in the reviews were ALL true. He’s friendly, accessible and answered all my questions promptly. My surgeon was Dr Gurhan Ozcan and I can’t say enough about what an AWESOME doctor he truly is. My daughter who accompanied me on the trip, and I had a lot of questions for him and being a professor, he answered each and every questions in my pre-operation as well as post operation visit. All the staff, from driver who picked me up, the anaesthesiologist to the person who brought my food, to the nurses, cleaning staff were simply amazing and I HIGHLY recommend Bookimed, Istanbul Aesthetics Clinic, Yasin and the team. I had a breast lift and tummy tuck (pics enclosed) and I did not have the intense pain that I’ve read about online. Don’t get me wrong, I had very painful moments but the nurses were there to give me pain relief whenever I needed it. Even after leaving the clinic, Yasin sent a car for me in order to get a “shot” for pain. Bravo to the entire team

The clinic is excellent, the staff is English-speaking, Dr. Shishman was friendly and professional, explained everything in detail and detail. The host will arrange transfers from and to the airport. Coordinator Abdul worked very clearly when we had a problem with the hotel (the Veyron hotel, which is included in the package, does not accept guests with pets, keep this in mind), we agreed that we would be compensated for two nights at the hotel, which has nothing against dogs. We also arranged a transfer from the hotel and back, as the hotel was in a different area of Istanbul.

The transfer from the airport was poorly organised. For someone travelling like this for the first time, it's stressful. Apart from that, everything was fine. I can recommend the clinic. The doctor is a very good specialist and a friendly person.

Very happy with the operation and all the attending facilities. It was made as seamless as possible in every area, from being picked up, great hotel with breakfasts, and transport to and from appointments to the hospital. The operation I was very pleased with as with the doctor and nurses.

Operation was exactly what I wanted.

From the online medical coordinator to the doctors/surgeons, everyone was very friendly and professional. I am extremely satisfied with my results, and the package offer was stress-free. I cannot fully rate the company Bookimed, as they were very quick to respond to any of my questions and requests.

Can’t really fault anything, super super happy with the whole process and results. Only minor thing I would say is after surgery/check up you are not given a super thorough run down on after care. The surgeon does give you some aftercare instructions and is happy to answer questions but this would be the only thing I could fault.

Ege, Dr Ergin and everyone at the clinic were such a delight. From the day I first contacted them until after I had left the experience was 10/10. I love my results and I couldn’t recommend Dr Ergin and his team more highly. Thank you all so much, I didn’t feel nervous once with the level of support and care I was shown.

Ege! He was so helpful, there were small things I needed to ask him and he never hesitated to answer at any time of the day. He is so friendly, knowledgeable and attentive and if he doesn’t have the answers he goes out of his way to find them.

Honestly there wasn’t anything to dislike. The hotel we were in had a lot of smokers in it which I wasn’t aware of beforehand but that didn’t detract much from my experience but just something for others to be aware of so they can make specific requests

The reviews I’d read before booking were all spot on. From start to finish, I was happy with my experience. The communication with Abdul before flying out and during my stay was perfect. So prompt and easy to understand. I was met at the airport by a very friendly driver who didn’t seem bothered by a VERY delayed flight arriving in the middle of the night. The comfort and cleanliness at the hospital was second to none. Dr Ergin was very professional and I could tell exactly how experienced he is from the minute our meeting began. I’d highly recommend booking with Istanbul Aesthetic Centre!!

I liked the communication with Bookimed. I liked communication with the coordinators and the doctor. I liked my driver and everyone was very nice. I hope my results will be as satisfactory as the experience so far! I was very happy that I did not have a lot of visible bruising or swelling. **Update ** after 4 months I am not as happy with my results as I thought I would be.

I like that the recovery is going well. I liked that the doctor explained things to me in a way that I could understand and it made sense. I liked the young gentleman that coordinated my rides and appointments.

I'm not sure what level of education the nurses had and did not feel quite as confident with them. I did not get discharge instructions which was very worrisome for me.

Overall it was an extremely good experience. I was with Dr Ergin who was very friendly in the initial consultation. A good thing about this experience was that I didn’t feel pressured to get a nose I didn’t want. Dr Ergin listened to the style of the nose I wanted and gave the results I was looking for! Very happy with the results! I am extremely satisfied with Bookimed and Bakr helped me so much with organising the transfers as well as communicating between the hotels and hospitals! He did an extremely good job and I am very happy he was helping me, as I do not know how I would have been on my own! As a matter of fact, when there was an issue with one of my transfers from the airport, he woke up amidst the night and help organise another one which I am truly grateful for!
