The transfer from the airport was poorly organised. For someone travelling like this for the first time, it's stressful. Apart from that, everything was fine.
I can recommend the clinic.

This was a great experience. The staff was wonderful. Everyone came together to make sure I was comfortable as possible to my whole journey. I liked everything! It is still difficult to fully evaluate the result, because the edema has not yet subsided, but at first glance everything is fine. The doctor is cool, pleased with his positive. Service and chamber at the highest level (although I don’t really have anything to compare with)

Very happy with the operation and all the attending facilities. It was made as seamless as possible in every area, from being picked up, great hotel with breakfasts, and transport to and from appointments to the hospital.
The operation I was very pleased with as with the doctor and nurses.
Operation was exactly what I wanted.

From the online medical coordinator to the doctors/surgeons, everyone was very friendly and professional. I am extremely satisfied with my results, and the package offer was stress-free. I cannot fully rate the company Bookimed, as they were very quick to respond to any of my questions and requests.

Can’t really fault anything, super super happy with the whole process and results. Only minor thing I would say is after surgery/check up you are not given a super thorough run down on after care. The surgeon does give you some aftercare instructions and is happy to answer questions but this would be the only thing I could fault.

My doctor was fantastic! He has 30 years of experience and gave me beautiful results. The hospital stay was okay - I think some of the nurses could be more kind in my opinion. Ways to improve - give more clear communication and not rush the process. The only issue I had was the language barrier which caused some miscommunication.

From initial stages of contact with Abdul in Bookimed things went very smoothly. He explained in great detail the procedure, costs, extras included. Extremely efficient. The hotel was of a lower standard than I expected, but clean and food was very good. The surgeon was clear and straight forward and managed my expectations very well given my body shape. Nursing and care staff were exceptionally kind. I had a tummy tuck and liposuction, and results far exceeded my hopes and dreams. I would strongly recommend Bookimed and Dr. Ergin. And a special thanks to Abdul who provided support throughout.

I did face lift in Aesthetics hospital end of June 2021. It’s small but clean facility and the main asset in this hospital are the doctors and staff.
My face lift was done by doctor Ergin and although I need long time to fully recover I can see great improvement in my looks. I highly recommend dr Ergin for any type of surgery, he’s kind , understanding and professional.
Nursing staff are kind but they lack basic English .
Bookimed staff and Abdul from Istanbul took very good care of me and I really appreciate it . Thank you to All
