I received first-class personal treatment through every aspect of my care, from the first contact until discharge. It was impressive. My procedure was a surgical phlebectomy for a single varicose vein in one leg. What stood out was the surgeon's approach; he performed the procedure himself and took the time to show me the ultrasound images to explain everything clearly. He also made sure I understood the compression stocking routine for my recovery. I can confirm there were no additional expenses on top of what I initially paid to the clinic.

The entire journey, from initial inquiries to arriving at the clinic, was managed with a high degree of professionalism. Everything was handled efficiently. The clinical environment was orderly, and the staff were attentive throughout my stay. I found my surgeon to be very thorough during our discussions, making sure all technical aspects were understood before moving forward. I'm currently in the early phase of recovery, and the healing is progressing just as the medical team outlined it would. For me, the competence of the surgeon and the supportive nature of the clinic staff were the most important factors, and both were consistently present.

What worried me most before the operation was the recovery process and the pain. I’d read about the laparoscopic TEP procedure and knew it was minimally invasive, but I still had my concerns. In reality, it turned out to be quite bearable. The hardest part in the first few days was getting out of bed, that’s true. Now, in the early stages of recovery, I only feel a slight tightness in my groin when walking, and coughing causes only minor discomfort rather than sharp pain. The doctors and staff were competent and answered all my questions clearly, which gave me confidence. Everything went according to plan. The clinic provided excellent care.

Unfortunately, my experience was a huge disappointment. Although my procedure was a traditional platysmaplasty, I am dissatisfied with the work of the surgeon and the clinic as a whole. The staff did their best, which was a small ray of hope, but that couldn’t make up for the fundamental shortcomings. Recovery is difficult. So far, dealing with the compression garments has by far been the hardest part of the whole process, making it even more unpleasant. All in all, a very sobering experience for me.

The service made a pleasant impression from the beginning: the coordinator Tatyana on Booking was attentive and responsive, guiding me every step of the way. The treatment by the doctor was professional, and the staff was very friendly. Everything went smoothly and comfortably.

Overall, my experience as a patient was very positive, and the medical staff was courteous. Surgeon Grzegorz Keżyńska was also competent and very responsible in making decisions regarding the surgery. Unfortunately, after the surgery was canceled for medical reasons, I have been waiting for a refund to my bank account for 10 days, as I was informed in the clinic, but time has passed, and there is still no money. I will be even more grateful to the clinic if I receive the refund! Thank you very much.

I had a breast augmentation operation. It took a very long time to pass the tests, without an interpreter, the staff is not attentive, there was no consultation with the doctor after the operation, I only saw a nurse at the dressing .I did not get any answers to my questions .I was in the ward for 24 hours, the staff there is very good, thank them very much, the food is normal, clean, comfortable beds.After discharge, my ultrasound scans were lost...When I asked where they are, no one knows.Now it is already 8 days after the operation...I sent the pictures of the breast no response ....

It's a nice small clinic. I will start with the supervisor: Karina, a wonderful girl, very friendly and professional, I was delighted with her. The nurses are mostly adult women with a lot of experience. The night after the operation I was pleasantly surprised that after pressing the call button I did not have to wait for them to come at all. The surgeon and anaesthetist are professionals.
