I was satisfied with everything. The staff literally led me by the hand to all the examinations. Dr Alexandra Luniewska listened to all my wishes and applied them during the operation. I can't say 100% yet, as it is 9 days after the operation, but based on what I can see, I am satisfied with the result.

The clinic is well equipped, very clean, the staff is attentive. The hotel was very close by. The disadvantage I can call too short consultation on implants before the operation and lack of contact with the doctor after the operation. The doctor comes only for the operation. But everything went without complications and I received proper care. The nursing staff is very attentive, helpful and polite.
Comfort, cleanliness, equipment, nursing staff and coordinators.
Insufficient time to consult a doctor. Lack of contact with her after the operation. The doctor comes only for the operation and after the operation I had contact only with the nurses. They took photos during the dressing. Probably for the doctor.

I would like to highlight the work of our supervisor Egor and express my gratitude to him for his help and professional work! From the first minutes of communication, we felt that we were in safe hands. All questions were solved quickly and professionally! Egor, showed excellent professional and human qualities! The clinic was selected according to our request and on the day necessary for us to visit We had force majeure circumstances, and thanks to the professionalism of Egor, the issue was resolved immediately. Surgeon pleasant kind helpful. However, not very transparent, I asked for a certain result. His assistant and he himself assured me that it was feasible and that I would get it. Nothing at all like what I had asked for and once you have paid the deposit it will be very difficult to get in touch with his personal assistant... fortunately there was the bookimed assistant who was always there to meet my expectations!

Pros: Transfer service was really good and well worth it in my opinion . Patient co-ordinator we’re very helpful and fluent in English Hospital staff were polite and professional. Cons: Busy hospital corridors, people waiting on stairwells. Equipment seemed poorly maintained, and old in a lot of cases. One room we had to use to sign documents was full of bloody bandages just sitting on table, no co-ordination. When having my blood pressure checked, the equipment had pieces of chewing gum stuck on it - assuming from previous patients ( no attention to detail when cleaning). Advertised as English speaking nurses, but none really spoke English, had to use translator app alot.

We met at the specified time, the clinic employee spoke different languages and accompanied us everywhere. All diagnostics were carried out as comfortably and efficiently as possible, the clinic staff were very friendly and competent. A complete check-up of the body and consultations with specialists took 2 and a half days, which could not but rejoice. All results were provided in full as quickly as possible. All recommendations and treatments are prescribed. I especially want to express my gratitude to the neurologist, who is a super professional in her field.

Firstly, the examination was at 2 pm, the day before the examination they wanted to postpone it to 11 am. I arrived from another country early at 12 pm. I filled out the documents in 30 minutes and sat in the corridor until 5 pm (I didn't eat anything for almost 24 hours). It was agreed to do an ultrasound and gastroscopy with a biopsy. They only did a gastroscopy. No one returned the money for the biopsy. At first they served foreign clients, they told me to wait until the end of the working day. Horrible attitude. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! Ukrainians for sure... they have a different attitude towards foreign guests..)))

I appreciated the prompt appointment scheduling process. However, I haven't received what I paid for, or at least I don't know if I have yet. We'll see over time. Patient treatment result tracking is slow. There's often a month-long wait for something that should be completed in a maximum of two days, necessitating the need to seek a second opinion and pay for it because I cannot wait so long. Also, bear in mind that many staff members do not speak English, though some make every effort. The clinic appears to be overcrowded with patients.
The speed of getting in apointment, but it feels more like they are interested in getting patients for the money and not really help, at least not very fast
Ensuring giving the patient what is booked and paid for in advance, and be way faster

The stay at the clinic went well, the surgeon was polite and courteous. Before the operation, additional examinations were made, which raised the expected cost. There is a good hotel not far from the clinic. The coordinator who prepared the documents for discharge forgot to give me a prescription from a doctor. Accordingly, without a prescription, I could not present medicines. I reported my problem to him via WhatsApp, to which I did not receive any help or even a response from him. A week has passed since the operation and I feel fine and without medication, I hope everything stays that way. Everything was good, except for the mistake of the staff who coordinates foreign patients. Thank you. Bookimed service was satisfied. We were able to find a clinic based on my financial capabilities and current location. Thank you very much for your work.

I would like to share my experience in the clinic. The most important thing about the operation, I had a huge hernia and before the operation I was warned about the possible difficulties of removal by the endoscopic method, but the doctor advised me to start with it. A very good doctor - Stanislaw Kwiek, has over 16 years of experience in minimally invasive surgery. The operation was successful. The rehabilitologist is a good woman, she told and showed the exercises and a rough rehabilitation plan. Most of all I didn't like the managers. Before the operation, they assured that it was enough for them to show the tickets, that I was flying to them, and you could pay on the spot. As soon as I showed the tickets, they told me that now I need to pay 20% in advance ... Also, the entire price list was thrown off to me only after I threw off the tickets to them. Part of the expenses was covered by the insurance and the clinic had to return the difference. If before the operation they picked up the phone immediately, then after that I could not get through. The money was returned after 2 weeks, but not the entire amount, I did not understand why, as I think it is useless. In general, if you forget about those who make money and talk only about the honey side, then everything is fine. Good doctor.
