I would like to express my gratitude to all the staff of the clinic for their professionalism, care and attention! From the moment of the first consultation to the discharge, I felt I was in safe hands. The doctors explained in detail all the stages of the operation, answered all my questions and supported me morally. The operation was successful and the recovery was much easier than I expected thanks to the competent recommendations of the specialists. The medical staff was always there to help and monitor my condition. I would especially like to note the individual approach and friendly attitude - in such an atmosphere you feel like a dear guest rather than a patient. Now I feel much better and I am already starting to see the first positive results. Thank you for my new life! I recommend the clinic to everyone who wants to solve the problem of excess weight safely and effectively. I would like to thank the coordinator Olga and Dr Alaattin Ozturk for their incredible professionalism and support! Olga was in touch with me from the very beginning and helped me with the organisation of all stages - from consultations to rehabilitation. What impressed me most about the clinic was the staff! From the very first day I felt incredibly caring, attentive and supportive. The doctors, nurses, coordinators - everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful and professional. Not only did they provide high quality care, but they created an atmosphere of comfort and confidence. If you're considering this procedure, I found the process here to be very straightforward. The surgeon used bipolar cautery for the tubal ligation, leaving me with just three small holes that are all healing cleanly. It was a relief. The initial abdominal bloating went away completely, which was my main physical discomfort. My biggest recovery challenge has honestly been the fatigue that lingers, so be prepared to take it easy for a bit longer than you might think. The surgeon and staff were competent and professional. Based on my experience, I'd give this clinic a 10 for a recommendation.

The coordinator was very helpful, staff were knowledgeable and attentive, care was to a high standard.

English communication could have been better at the hospital itself

There is some discomfort after the operation, but the pain is mild and quite bearable. I had implants placed under the muscle via an incision beneath the breast, and I’m gradually getting used to the new sensations, including a slight numbness around the nipples, which is perfectly normal at this stage. I can already see the results. Sleeping is getting better every day, which is very pleasing. My main advice to other girls who are just planning to have the operation is: don’t be afraid, because beauty requires sacrifice.

What worried me most before the operation was the recovery process, specifically how stiff my arms would feel. I was afraid of losing mobility. Now, at this early stage, I’m pleasantly surprised by the results. My arms are already moving freely, which is a huge relief. Of course, the incisions are still visible, but the scars themselves are healing well. The surgeon and the entire clinic staff were very attentive and supportive every step of the way, from the consultation right through to the procedure itself. Everything went smoothly.

The surgeon really did take my wishes on board. I had open rhinoplasty to remove a small bump, and even at this stage the tip of my nose looks more refined, and my breathing has improved noticeably compared to before. Of course, recovery is a process. It’s still very early days, and I can see that one side of the bridge of my nose is uneven due to swelling, which is a bit worrying. The staff were generally helpful, although there were occasional minor delays in communication. My main advice to anyone preparing for surgery is to be patient during the recovery period and remember that the final result takes time.

It was my second surgery could truly, and I didn't. know if it fixes the functional issues from my first. I’m glad I went forward. The surgeon used a rib cartilage graft to correct my breathing problems, and my nasal bridge already has a straighter profile. The team and clinic were solid. That said, the recovery is not easy. My nose tip is still very swollen, and the constant mouth breathing has been my biggest challenge so far. The one thing I wish I had really understood beforehand is just how much longer and more painful the healing process can be for a revision. It's a serious commitment.

My biggest fear was that the nasal deviation, which was my main issue after the first surgery, would not be corrected. This was the primary source of my stress. But now, on the 15th day, I can see that the nasal bridge has a much straighter profile. Of course, there is still swelling, and this is only the beginning of the journey, but the initial result makes me very happy. The entire staff, from coordinators to the surgeon, was very attentive and professional. They calmly answered all my questions, which was important for me as a patient undergoing a second surgery. I am grateful for the care.

Bookimed helped me identify appropriate hospitals and doctors for a gastroscopy and endoscopy, as per my referral. I felt supported the whole way through the process and the price that I paid on the day was true to the agreed upon quote. The doctor was attentive and my English-speaking consultant was fantastic. My main goal was achieved: I received a clear diagnosis. My only issue was that the written report containing the results did not include a treatment plan which meant that I had to try to remember the details given to me post procedure when I was still drowsy from the sedation. I would highly recommend Bookimed to my friends and family.

Booking through Bookimed meant that I was supported all the way through the process. They helped me obtain multiple referrals, book the consultation and procedure, and the quote was true to what I paid on the day.

It took me a few weeks to receive an English copy of my results and my treatment plan post procedure was unclear and not in writing (not included in the reports). This meant I had to try to remember what was discussed post procedure while I was still recovering from drowsiness post sedation.

The one thing I was most worried about was the pain after surgery, but the reality has been manageable. My biggest challenge at 15 days post-op is actually the extent of the bruising. It's significant. Everything with the clinic, surgeon, and staff was solid, and I gave them all a 5/5 rating. Right now, my thighs feel slightly stiff when I'm walking, and it's still far too swollen to see the final results after having 1-2 liters removed. You have to be patient. For anyone considering this, my best advice is to stay positive and keep walking as much as you can.

The doctors and staff were amazing. They constantly checked up on me especially the two younger guys who were translating. The nurses were very attentive and my doctor was very positive and informative.
