My consultation with the surgeon was clearly. He was very honest about the level of breathing improvement I could expect, which I appreciated, and it was reassuring that he personally handled both the initial meeting and my septoplasty with rhinoplasty. I’m still in the early stages of healing, but I'm feeling better than expected. The procedure was done under general anesthesia. The support afterward has been solid; the clinic gave me a clear aftercare guide and the staff has always been easy to reach. It was also a relief that there were no additional expenses beyond what was quoted. Everything went smoothly.

Everything was beyond expectation, from the online support until the day we came back was everything great, no worries about anything, the staff was lovely, the doctor make you feel very comfortable with everything, and translators were really kind. Felt very safe every step of the way.

What worried me most was how I'd manage the recovery, especially the no-sitting rule. It's a challenge. Finding a comfortable sleeping position has been the hardest part so far. My projection already looks good, although it is still quite swollen. The areas where they performed the VASER lipo feel lumpy and hard, which I understand is part of the early healing process. Despite the discomforts of recovery, the surgeon and the entire staff were supportive and professional, which made a huge difference. I would absolutely recommend this clinic.

Staff are friendly and the clinic was professionally clean and the nurses were friendly always at your service when you need them everything was properly organised from airport transport to hospital I loved the clinic it was very comfortable wouldn’t mind staying there throughout my recovery,the doctor was friendly always coming to check on you.

The clinic food 2/5 Mayb because I’m not used to Turkish cuisine I ate fruits most of the time.

Everything was quick and efficient. There was a mix-up with my tickets, so I arrived a day early; they arranged a hotel for me, and the price we’d originally agreed on didn’t change. The doctor is brilliant; he did everything to the highest standard. I’m still in the recovery process, but it’s already clear that the result is fantastic. Thanks to Olesya, the interpreter, for her promptness, even outside working hours.

What really stood out was my surgeon. He did the consultation and markings personally, which was a very reassuring start to my bilateral arm lift procedure. It was a lift only, with no liposuction. I'm still early in my recovery, and so far, I'm feeling about as expected. The staff and clinic were excellent, and importantly, there were no additional expenses on top of the quoted price. It's too early for me to say much about the aftercare support. My one major piece of advice for future patients: take snacks. The food was mostly the same everyday, not great, and included what must be the worst soup I have ever tasted.

I am happy enough with the decision I made in regard to the clinic. The proccess was professional, smooth and clear, which is what matters. The doctor did a very good job, and I thank him a lot! Coordinator, his name Ismail, was also very helpful, kind and professional, I also had a driver everywhere I needed to go. Bookimed also did their job very well. My only concern is that the nurses and the rest of the staff in the clinic don't really speak english, some not at all, but we used Google Translate so it wasn't a strong barrier. Overall I strongly reccomend the Doctor and the clinic!

Coordinator was awesome, very helpful. Very good english, very clear about everything. The proccess was smooth and quick. The doctor did an awesome job and I really thank him for that. I had a driver with me everywhere which was also very nice! Overall a very good impression!

The nurses and personal from the clinic don't speak english at comunication level, but it's not so bad.

I was most anxious about the recovery, especially after my first surgery and knowing this revision involved a capsulectomy.I was so relieved. This whole process has been much easier. The surgeon was fantastic (a clear 5/5), and the new implants already feel so much more natural than the ones I had for just a few years. The clinic itself is a modern, comfortable space. My overall rating is a 4 because there were some minor communication issues with the staff, but it wasn't anything that would stop me from recommending the clinic based on the surgical care I received. All my previous symptoms are gone.

From the surgeon's clear communication to the attentive staff, I felt I was in good hands throughout the entire process. The clinic environment itself was also comfortable and well-run. It was great experience. Just few constructive comments: it would be great if patient is informed that from the moment they’re picked up from the airport, they will go directly to hospital and get all the checks. So, they can prepare to not eat or drink anything in advance, and take proper showers before getting the equipment installed in their body. Also, if patient is informed properly about the possible payments method 1-2 weeks in advance, would be helpful. Other thing, to inform about possible medications or tools which the patients need to purchase after surgery. So, if they already have the similar ones, they can bring it themselves.

If you're considering a mommy makeover, my biggest piece of advice would be to find a team you feel completely comfortable with. That’s what I found here. The surgeon and staff were excellent throughout my tummy tuck, breast augmentation, and liposuction journey. I'm still in the early stages of recovery, and while standing up straight is a real challenge, my tummy tuck incision is already healing very cleanly. Things are going well. The support from everyone at the clinic has been consistent and reassuring, which has made all the difference in this process.

The whole experience was seamless. The doctors, nurses and interpreter made the process so simple for me.

The food at the hospital wasn’t great. I had said I was vegetarian but there was meat in pretty much all meals.

However, the surgeon was very clear and reassuring from the first consultation. That put me at ease. The clinic staff were consistently supportive, and the entire process felt organized and professional. Recovery is a journey, and while there's still some healing to do, I feel like I was in very capable hands. Everything went smoothly.
