The great experiance started from pick up from airport with private comfortable taxi to hotel, and the next day the taxi to hospital. The hospital was first class, clean to such a high standard with exceptional treatment and care, from everyone looking after us we could not fault it in anyway. The surgeon, anathesist, nurses and the interpretor, were all amazing, all looked after me so well and discussed everything that was going to happen and carried out several tests, l felt very comfortable in their hands and their hospital, my private room was amazing. My husband stayed in the hospital the whole time with me, where they catered for his needs, sleeping the night and supplying his food and drinks, making us both feel very comfortable. I would definately recommend this hospital and all the staff, l could not reccomend them highly enough. I will if l need more treatment, definately go back there. Finished with private taxi to airport, at no extra cost. Thank you all.
From start to finish l was made to feel very calm and relaxed and at ease all who looked after me were so kind and caring.
There was nothing that l didn't like. It was all amazing.

I would give the whole experience a 5, in fact apart from the food, everything was first class. I have given a review on trust pilot, and have given everything a 10. I have had surgery myself last year, and the experience was not good. Everyone was great, from the beginning. And a big thank you to Winnington, who was so great from the beginning.

My main advice for anyone considering this is to thoroughly vet the surgeon’s communication style and their approach to aftercare. The staff here were truly supportive and kind, which I appreciated. While my anchor incision procedure did result in a good lift, the overall experience was let down by the surgeon. My nipples were cut way too small with no warning and it doesn't look good. It's a mixed outcome. The clinic was okay, but the results are disappointing.

We felt very comfortable from the moment we arrived at Istanbul airport, where they were waiting for us and took us to the hospital. The interpreter was wonderful, she organised everything for us and kept us informed at all times. The medical tests were quick and great, and Dr Murat has magic in his hands. He was very attentive and friendly, and everything was super organised, just as I had discussed on the phone. Now I am at home with my treatment and I can still consult them if I have any questions, they continue to take care of me. I have had other surgeries in Istanbul, but I definitely recommend contacting them. They will provide you with everything you need.
There are several, I don't know which one to mention, but without a doubt our interpreter, a very sweet and kind girl who informed us of everything, and my doctor Murat, who is a very down-to-earth and approachable person.
I thought it was great, everything was perfect for me.

My care was very good from start to finish. As soon as I arrived at the hospital, I was greeted by my interpreter and team. They were very friendly, put me at ease and explained what would happen and when. I had checks done and blood taken etc and met the consultant. He was absolutely lovely and again explained the whole procedure. I also met with the Anaesthetist. My procedure was completed and the care was fantastic from all the staff involved. The room and hospital were great. I felt like we had VIP treatment. The Hotel was also nice and everything runs like clockwork. Thanks to all the team but, especially to Ishmeal, Senna and Doctor Ozturk.
Always being told what was happening. Interpretor always on hand.

I was escorted from the hotel to the clinic where I met my interpreter Ismail, he was a very kind and respectful person who accompanied me throughout the day in the hospital and gave me all the details and also communicated between me and all the doctors. I recommend this hospital with good staff and good reception as well as cleanliness 10/10
I was impressed with the speed of response and the attention to detail that PokéMed provides to ensure the patient's safe arrival.

Good afternoon.I recommend the clinic 1000%.the team works like clockwork, support and attention 24/7.Dr Murat Yaman has golden hands, he knows what he is doing.I had abdominoplasty 360, breast lift without implants and Lipo, everything went perfectly.From the moment you arrive at the airport, you get into the caring hands of Oli the interpreter, who is also in her place, she guides you from A to Z, very attentive and efficient, thank her very much! The whole team of the clinic is just super, this is not my last trip to them.I recommend it to everyone and to all beautiful transformation and health!!!!

My 100% recommendation of Lokman Hekim Clinic! It is a well-coordinated work of professionals for the most comfortable conditions starting from picking me up at the airport, reception at the clinic, surgery, follow-up care,...! After my decision to do abdominoplasty in this clinic, I had communication with other clinics in Poland, Prague, but Turkey, namely this clinic is the winner! Murat Yaman is a God-kissed doctor! These words say it all how satisfied I was with this man! Wonderful girl Alyona interpreter who was on call 24/7, medical staff very attentive and caring, operator Christina from Bookimed was also always on call. If you want to get professional services, then this is Lokman Hekim Clinic! My recommendation! 💯

I was hesitant at the beginning because I didn’t want what to expect. That changed since the min I landed. I had a wonderful experience and everything went smooth. From and to the airport to the hospital, the amenities and staff were all exceptional, just as described upon booking. They met and exceeded my expectations . The only thing I would improve is the night shift nurses could be a little more fluent in English instead of using google translator. Overall the whole team was really nice . Would definitely recommend this clinic !!
