My wife will have the operation maxillofacial , Doctor Celal is a professional, we talked and he told me that everything will be fine and we won't have any problems. I have no words to thank you for what your team did for my wife. You change people's lives for the better, you are like guardian angels sent into our lives. But that's what it says in the Bible, knock and it will open, search and you will find. Know that money is not the most important thing in life, but to help each other as people. May God keep you healthy, and know that God blessed you to have such a valuable team. I believe and this is my personal opinion that you have secured a place in heaven in the kingdom of God. the communication between bokimed and the hospital staff was very fast and professional. He always kept in touch step by step in the healing process.

I liked the organisation. Transfer airport-hotel-clinic-hotel-airport. The interpreter met and accompanied me every step of the way. My tests were ready in a week and I did not wait for the results in Istanbul, when I returned home I contacted the translator and he organised an online consultation with the doctor and sent me a consultation sheet. Will send the consultation sheet translated later.

The overall treatment was very good, though, some medical attendants could be a bit more empathetic and caring. But overall, I'll use this service again in future. I particularly love the atmosphere and environment. Location was far from where we were but okay all the same. The treatment took the whole day and waiting was a bit tiring, but I can understand why this is. I would prefer to have it done in one day, than spread it over two or three days. Our guide was very good, though is grasp of the language was not great but his attitude more than compensated. I have nothing negative to say about our experience and nothing more to ask, besides, I'll like a follow-up, especially on pending results.

Loved it all. I recommend it to everyone. Starting with our coordinator Christina. She was with us 24 hours a day. Always on the phone, all questions answered quickly. Thank you for your patience and great help. Also the interpreters Yildiz and Maksud. We received a warm welcome, the guys helped us with everything right up to going to the pharmacy. They looked after us and helped us with everything. The hospital staff is very qualified. I recommend it to everyone

The clinic is modern, comfortable and spacious. The specialist with whom we dealt is very highly qualified, sensitive. Our guide-translator Anna was very helpful. Cars for bringing in and taking away from the clinic were comfortable and served on time and accurately. I recommend this clinic to everyone who needs help. First of all I would like to thank the Bookimed support team, especially the coordinators for the work they did and putting together the programme in the shortest possible time. I requested an online consultation with a Turkish oncology professor and was pleasantly surprised that within 48 hours after the request my consultation took place. I was left with only positive emotions after the consultation. Special thanks to the coordinator Yulia Voloshchuk and Anya Patarkalashvili!

Honestly, my surgeon (Dr Atilla Eyuboglu) was amazing, he was experienced and empathetic. The nurses were lovely and supported me throughout my recovery. The translator went above and beyond and arranged all my transport and answered all my questions. My experience has been amazing and I’m in love with the results of my breast augmentation! The surgeon listened to me and they look amazing. I was initially worried going abroad, but I’m glad I did my experience was so positive and worry free. Even down to arranging the appointment through bookimed, they would chase things up for me and support me through booking it. I have already recommended this process and hospital to friends, and would definitely go back again!
