The staff at the hospital where I was operated on was terrible, they didn’t even give me water on the day after the operation, the next day the translator told me that water was paid, that’s why they didn’t give me water, it’s terrible, the consultation with the doctor lasted a total of 5 minutes and 5 minutes before the operation. After the operation, I was left alone in the hospital, there was no support from the hospital staff, after the anesthesia, the translator asked me 15 times if I wanted to go to the hotel, but I could barely lift my head from the pillow, in the morning I was somehow able to get up, I was very dizzy, I was in a terrible state for 3 days, no one asked about my well-being, 2 weeks had passed since the day of the operation, after leaving home, the doctor was no longer interested in how my nose was, whether I was okay. I don’t like the result so far, the doctor only removed the hump, but the nose remained just as big, I’ll see after some time, maybe it will shrink, which I doubt. I signed almost all the documents in Turkish and English, they gave me recommendations for care on the day of departure when they were no longer needed, when I asked why they answered me in English, so you’ll just learn it.

Hello! To begin with, I want to say that 95% of everything was as described in the package of our services. But overall, I was satisfied. About the hospital room. I had 1 migration in a ward in a hospital. Everything was at a high level, my husband spent the night with me, next to me on the couch, and I was on a special regulating hospital bed. Very well fed, various mashed soups, yoghurts, buns, rice with meat, and other dishes that are very tasty for hospital food. Brought 3-4 times a day, on trays. I really liked how often the nurses came to see me. Either they brought a compress, then they measured the pressure, then the temperature. It was very nice that they really care about you. We liked the doctor even when we phoned for a familiar place to discuss my nose. This was a couple of weeks before arriving in Istanbul. First, we asked the doctor's opinion about my nose, what he would advise, and his recommendations. They told me what I don’t like about my nose most of all, what needs to be fixed exactly. We asked all our questions, discussed the nose, and came to the decision that the doctor would perform the operation in a closed way without external incisions, which was important for me! Our package. The price included: surgery, anesthesia, operating linen, consultation, medicines after surgery, 6 overnight stays at the hotel with breakfast, 1 night in the hospital, a boat trip along the Bosphorus, transfer everywhere. We really liked the boat trip along the Bosphorus, we were only in the 2nd with my husband on a yacht for an hour, we looked at the city from the water, it was very beautiful))) The doctor sent a bouquet of flowers, after the operation, I was very pleased! We were always taken by car, airport, hotel, hospital, doctor's practice. The hotel is good, 6 transfers were included in the price of our package. So far, I can’t give a 100% review about the nose, but in a month you will already see how the nose looks. In the meantime, I just got turundas, and I go with a fixative and plasters. I look forward to when I can already examine my nose, and when the swelling, bruises subside and I can breathe. I am glad that I chose this clinic, this doctor and decided to take this step. It was the most difficult, and the operation went quickly. More afraid than they did. Thank you for the good level of qualification of the doctor, for the good service and attitude towards customers.

If I had to give advice to a friend considering this surgery, I’d talk to them about the recovery. It’s essential to have comfortable clothes, plan for complete rest, and mentally prepare yourself to breathe through your mouth for a while. I had open rhinoplasty to remove a significant bump, and although the process has only just begun, I can already see that the bridge of my nose is straighter, just as I wanted. A pleasant surprise is that my breathing is actually better than before. The tip of my nose is still quite thick, but that’s part of the process. My most important advice is to follow the doctor’s instructions to the letter and apply plenty of ice.
Overall, I was very pleased with everything – from the staff’s service to that of the doctor and his team. Everything was very well organised. During the face-to-face consultation, the doctor understood exactly what I wanted and carried it out very well. Everything was excellent.

I just recently had my nose done with dr Cem Altindag, the doctor and his attending staff- Mohammed and Jaren were great. However the nurses in the hospital were very rude and didn’t seem like they knew much of what they were doing. I had an IV inserted in 4 different spots and they could not properly put it in, I wasleft with huge bruises on my hands and wrists. The nurses did not speak English and the translator had to leave by 3 pm, leaving me for two hours with no assistance in the hospital as none of the nurses understood what I was asking. The hospital was very run down and at times which fixing my IV, they weren’t even using gloves. My nose turned out very nice, the stay at the hotel was very comfortable and breakfast was great. The hospital was the worst part of the experience, but I am satisfied with my nose and dr Cems care.

I had the operation at the beginning of August, it will soon be three months, I waited until time passed. I can say that I really liked the result of the nose surgery. Dr. Zhem Altyndag is a professional in his field, my recovery after the operation was very easy and fast, because the operation was done perfectly. I want to say a big thank you to the doctor for my beautiful nose, I hope in six months the result will improve even more. I have already rewritten my review several times, it has been half a year since my operation and I can already see the final result. I leave a review in the hope that it will help other people to make their choice if you do not want to do repeated operations or as I wanted to do only one do not advise to contact this doctor I wanted to correct the deviation of the nasal septum to remove the hump and tighten the tip of the nose as a result, the tip was tightened at the expense of the thread deviation of the septum remained the hump became a little less but still remained and a bonus still made a crooked nose although before the operation of such a problem is not . As a result I got a crooked nose long and painful rehabilitation during which after a week I got staphylococcal sore throat 2 times in a month, which never in my life before I had never been sick and thrown away money to the wind and now I have to do another operation to look for a new surgeon and money for the operation because the repeated operation will cost even more expensive.

Money down the drain. The operation was “done”, the nose did not breathe before the operation, and still does not breathe after, although the emphasis was placed on this. I, as a mother, really asked. If the doctor is not competent in this matter, I believe that there was no need to take on this matter.

I have nothing to thank for. We spent 1000 euros on a plane there and back, + 1550 euros for the operation. The result is zero.... This is tough...
