I would like to say a huge thank you to everyone involved in organising my operation. Starting with my arrival, my flight was cancelled, so I had to change my tickets and arrived very late. I wrote to my consultant Stanislav and he and the clinic reassured me, saying that they would pick me up at any time and take me to the hotel. Despite being a 4-star hotel, it is very nice and cosy, and the staff are friendly. After the operation, I stayed at the clinic overnight, as I had flown in alone and was afraid to go straight to the hotel. And that was the right decision. The medical staff were very competent, changing my dressings and performing all procedures on time. When I pressed the button, they came immediately and helped me with everything. Special thanks to my doctor, who is a true professional. I am glad that I chose him. The interpreter was very good, a pleasant and kind girl who was always on time and translated clearly. I was taken to and from the dressing and examinations on time. I am very happy with my medical trip and, of course, with the result. Thank you to everyone who was with me and to bookimed.com - you are super!

I liked that everyone was available 24/7 and could answer all my questions. They always helped with everything. The doctor is a true professional. A HUGE THANK YOU TO EVERYONE.

Ease of booking, ability to choose which doctor would best fit my needs, translation, upfront cost and ability to stay longer in country, pickup from airport, hotel, medical facilities, very sweet nurses even if they didn't speak my language they were so kind to me, accommodations for my friend who joined me to procedure, just everything worked out as I had hoped.

Had no idea what to expect with this process. All I did was Google revision rhinoplasty in Turkiye and bookimed came up in one of the first few search results, researched its reliability and validity and it all seemed highly recommended and easy. Cost and details of trip/procedure is upfront, you get to choose from different doctors. A little confusing in the beginning but only because again I wasn't sure what to expect or how it really worked but going through the process you begin to understand and feel more at ease. I was very nervous for this, I still cannot believe I got surgery in a different country but overall amazing, incredible, and accommodating experience. Was already recommending bookimed to people who asked in the airport on the way home. Thank you Bookimed for helping me feel pretty again.

Even though I’m only 2 weeks post op i already love my nose so much and I highly recommend dr Cem and his team him and Muhammad were very professional and everything went smoothly for me up until the car transfers and hotel stay. I even got to go on a tour around the city provided by the clinic all in all a good experience

Every aspect was pre-arranged, airport pick-up/drop-off, private cars to appointments. The Dr and his assistant showed a high level of expertise. No staffing issues in the operating theatre or for the follow up care. I was sceptical having arranged this all via whatsapp, but it worked perfectly. 100% recommended.

I underwent endoscopic septoplasty with Dr. Cem. The entire experience was excellent – the doctor and his team were highly professional, and I am very satisfied with the results (it has been 2.5 weeks, and everything seems great so far). The staff were friendly and attentive, and the clinic provided a seamless service, including airport transfer, transfer to the bus station, and an additional night at the hotel. I am grateful for their professionalism and excellent care.
