The initial coordination before arrival was smooth, and the hotel and transfers were well organized. The staff was generally polite, and the logistics before surgery felt efficient at first.
The main issues were lack of transparency about the hospital, minimal communication with the surgeon before surgery, and poor post-operative experience. I met the doctor only minutes before anesthesia, and concerns during recovery were repeatedly dismissed as “swelling.”
The post-op complications were severe (extreme swelling, difficult recovery, throat injury from intubation), and the final result showed no improvement compared to before surgery. Nearly a year later, medical imaging confirmed structural issues.
I would strongly recommend clearer disclosure of the clinic, proper pre-operative consultation, more responsible post-op follow-up, and realistic accountability for surgical outcomes.
