I’m glad I chose to come here

It was the right decision. Right from the start, I felt that they were looking after me, from the organisation of the trip right through to the clinic itself. The staff were incredibly attentive and supportive every step of the way. Special thanks to the doctor, who explained everything very patiently and clearly, dispelling any doubts I had. The clinic is clean and modern. The examination itself went smoothly and without any unnecessary stress. I’m glad I chose to come here.

'In the future, we will apply for Bookimed services and recommend it to friends

Firstly, the doctor listened to us very well, talked to the child and I liked it, examined from different sides and neurology and other directions, asked the child questions about what she liked. I am very pleased. The doctor spoke to us as parents. She advised us to take more gentle drugs, advised us to start monitoring and only then draw conclusions. I'd like to maintain our contacts and communication in the future. I also want to say a special thank you to Svetlana, who helped us make the choice of the clinic from Bookimed, she became for us as a mother during the communication, and also many thanks to the clinic coordinator Alexander.
