Dr. Igli Mecuku, DDS, is a specialist in periodontology and oral implantology. He trained in oral and maxillofacial surgery at PFUR and Penza State University. He completed doctoral research on reinforced membranes for alveolar bone defects. He holds the diploma “Medical Researcher; Lecturer–Researcher.”
Head of Oral Surgery at Dentalis Clinic, Moscow (2015–2019). Oral surgeon at Elite Dental, Tirana (2019–2022). Independent practitioner (2022–present). Founder of Unident Clinic (Dec 2025).
Achievement: first place in the IV Russian Student Olympiad “Propaedeutics of Oral Surgery” (2009). Publications in 2017: “Comparative Characteristics…” (Russian Journal of Dentistry) and “A Novel Approach…” (Modern Technologies in Medicine). Advanced training in implantology, bone and soft tissue augmentation, sinus lifting, and PRF.
Dr. Adrijana Mëcuku (Coneva), DDM, is an orthodontic specialist trained at the Russian State University of Friendship of Peoples (PFUR). She earned a Dentistry degree (2012–2017) and completed an Orthodontics specialization (2017–2019). Her clinical experience includes Dentalis Clinic, Moscow, as an assistant (2015–2017) and as a dentist (2017–2019). She currently practices at Elite Dental, Tirana (2019–present) and Unident Clinic, Tirana (2025–present).
Her continuing education includes 3D imaging, biomechanics, adult orthodontics, self-ligating systems, myofunctional methods, posture-related diagnosis, and microimplants/TADs. She attended the 2nd European Congress on Microimplants and courses led by Persin, Plyaskova, Vasileva, Hee-Moon Kyung, Biondi, Campanella, Sampermans, Luzi, and Fiorelli (2017–2024).
Erilda Cani holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from the Faculty of Medical Sciences at Albanian University. She works at Shefqet Ndroqi Hospital and QSUT in Tirana, Albania.
Accreditations and training: Certificate of Attendance (Croatia, 2023) and Certificate of Appreciation (Lefkada, 2023). Languages: Albanian and English.
Shpresa Nuredini is a dental assistant in Albania. She has worked at Albdental, Vlore (Mar 2023–Aug 2024), Elite Denatal, Tirana (Oct 2024–Sep 2025), and UNIDENT CLINIC, Tirana (Jan 2026–present). At Albdental, she assisted with examinations, fillings, crowns, extractions, and root canals. She maintained infection control, educated patients, and handled records and scheduling.
At Elite Denatal, she supported oral and maxillofacial surgeries. These included full-arch implants (all-on-4/6), surgical extractions, sinus lifts, and zygomatic and pterygoid implants. She set up IV lines and monitored vital signs. She drew blood and prepared PRF membranes. She maintained sterile technique and provided perioperative care.
