Professor Liang Xiaoxiao is the Department Director and Chief Physician in Neurorehabilitation. She holds a master’s degree in neurology. She is skilled in neuromodulation for disorders of consciousness, cognition, and movement. Her focus includes cases from cerebrovascular disease, Parkinson’s disease, and related conditions. She also performs ultrasound-guided botulinum toxin injections for blepharospasm, hemifacial spasm, limb spasticity, sialorrhea, and neuralgia.

Dr. Gao Zhong is Discipline Leader and Chief Physician for Oncology and Vascular Interventional Therapy at Humanity Hospital Xiamen.
He has over 40 years of clinical experience. He trained at the Chinese PLA General Hospital (301) and at Chonnam National University in interventional radiology. He also served as a Senior Visiting Scholar at Heart Center Leipzig. His work focuses on endovascular and other minimally invasive care for aortic dissection and complex abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA). He also treats head and neck stenosis and acute stroke, renovascular hypertension and ischemic bowel disease, and lower-limb arteriosclerosis obliterans (ASO) and diabetic foot.
He was an early practitioner of TIPS for portal hypertension and UAE for uterine fibroids. He is on the Editorial Board of the Chinese Journal of Interventional Radiology (Electronic). He serves on committees of the CMDA Interventional Physicians Branch (Macrovascular, Endovascular), the CHA Interventional Medicine Center Branch, the Liaoning Medical Association (Deputy Head, Comprehensive Intervention Group), the CMEA committees, and the Liaoning Provincial Quality Control Center for Peripheral Vascular and Tumor Intervention. He is the former Chairman of the Dalian Interventional Medicine Branch. He also served as Deputy Chairman of the Dalian Peripheral Vascular and Tumor Intervention Quality Control Center.
