I had a VIP checkup at Hisar International Hospital, I liked it very much! The process was efficient, I went through all the examinations without any delays. Modern equipment, experienced doctors and friendly staff. The interpreter Rabia accompanied me everywhere and translated everything very well. I also had lunch at the hospital, delicious! The general practitioner at the end gave me a general assessment of the results of the analyses and gave me recommendations. I am very satisfied and have already recommended it to my friends!

The medical trip didn't go well. I didn't get what I expected or wanted at all. It was a waste of a trip.

I came to this clinic for a specific reason as my Australian doctors kept saying that I have no issues and year on year I went through medical checks and nothing has been discovered. Hissar hospital medical check identified many things and gastrointerogist is next level all together. All Doctors are amazing, high standard and very attentive. The clinic provided me with a transfer to/from the airport. Upon arrival at the clinic, I was met by the coordinator-interpreter Lale, who was constantly with me all days during my examination and helped not only communicate with the doctors, but was also constantly in touch and resolved all my questions during a visit to the clinic. Despite the fact that there are a lot of patients in the clinic, all procedures and examinations were carried out on time, according to the previously provided schedule. We heard that Greece has very good water therapy. And we came to Evexia mainly for this. The pool is specially equipped for various activities. There is also a device for transporting patients in wheelchairs, which is not found everywhere. Our son does water therapy every day with very good instructors. He manages to actively perform many exercises. The water is warm, and the duration of the lesson itself is 45 minutes. This is wonderful therapy for our son. The results are noticeable gradually. We are also very pleased with the speech therapy classes. Therapists are mostly young people, very proactive and responsible. The accommodation is comfortable, very clean. The clinic is 20 minutes by car from the airport and 10 minutes from the sea. The weather is great in winter, lots of sun.

They didn’t warn that some of the tests were done on an empty stomach! They told us to take replacement shoes for the treadmill, this is written in the preparation instructions, the two of us brought replacement shoes, because of which we bought luggage, in fact - on the path we were wearing ordinary street sneakers! Queues!!! There were queues all around, we waited for a therapist for more than an hour, for an ophthalmologist for more than 40 minutes, a lot of time was spent waiting at the door, although we had a VIP check-in package! Doctors without coats, in jeans, sweaters, in which they walk down the street! The cardiologist was talking on a mobile phone during an ultrasound of the heart! The gynecologist did not give any recommendations, spent 1 minute on the examination, there was no answer to the questions, everything was very superficial, the doctors did not devote time, despite the fact that people flew from another country specifically for this! But the Turks sit for an hour in the office for consultations! Like a conveyor belt and formal! A number of deviations were identified - no recommendations, what is this for? How to look for the cause and eliminate it? Go take your vitamins - a very unprofessional approach! The clinic coordinator also wrote strange messages in response to my complaint that the cardiologist was talking on his mobile phone during the ultrasound and was not wearing a gown - like this is normal for them, but we have never seen this anywhere else! The price for some tests was announced at the reception twice as much, I had to find out on the spot and write to everyone about this - why was the price announced the same, but in fact it is 2 times different?! There are many nuances, just like for a VIP check-in. You can just get tested everywhere and cheaper, in this clinic there is no individual approach and the doctors don’t care - it’s noticeable, we won’t come to this place again.

I really liked the cardiolith clinic, also the medical team, the doctors who served me behaved professionally and were at a high level, for which I am very grateful to them. The only negative is the services of an interpreter. I think that the translation should be on the letterhead of the clinic and each medical specialist separately, and not on simple sheets of A4 format, where everything is printed in a row as a plain text.

Service at the highest level. The doctor took exactly at the appointed time and spent about an hour. The problem was studied comprehensively and, as a result, logical recommendations were received and the doctor prescribed treatment.
