He is an Associate Professor at the Department of Orthopedics and Pediatric Orthopedics in Łódź. He has authored dozens of papers in international medical journals.
Professor Marek Zbigniew Synder is a senior specialist in orthopedic surgery and musculoskeletal traumatology. He has decades of clinical, research, and academic experience. He earned his PhD in 1982. He completed his DSc (habilitation) in 1993. He became Professor of Medicine in 1998. He served as Regional Consultant in Orthopedics and Traumatology for the Łódź Voivodeship.
Clinical focus: pediatric orthopedics, limb lengthening, joint replacement (arthroplasty), and tendon surgery. He also performs in‑office, high‑resolution musculoskeletal ultrasound (USG) for precise diagnosis.
Academic output and mentoring: trained over 20 specialists. Co‑author of textbooks for orthopedic surgeons. Author or co‑author of about 400 scientific papers in Polish and international journals.
