We asked for help in conducting arthroscopy at the Holy Family Clinic in Rzeszow (Poland). She was promptly admitted, on the same agreed day she was admitted to the hospital, and the next morning she was operated on. According to local patients, this is a highly professional clinic, especially the traumatology department. The only small minus is the long wait for the response of the clinic itself to record the appointment. It seemed that the clinic was not very interested. But when my husband and I got there, we realized that the influx of patients is very high. For this reason, they carefully choose the doctor, the day of the consultation, the MRI, in order to meet the minimum length of the patient's stay in the clinic. We also want to express our gratitude to the Bookimed team. Without her constant support, we would not have been able to achieve anything. Thank you very much! I am very grateful to the coordenator Sergey for his competence, his ability to find a convenient time for me, the doctor, without him I would not have been able to do all the procedures, he just guided me on the phone, I am surprised at the patience and respect of this man, he also chose a competent doctor for me, I have not finished the treatment and I want to add that the treatment was cheaper than planned, no unnecessary procedures were not prescribed. Since I don't know the language very well, especially medical terms, I was provided with an interpreter. Not only a terrific surgeon but also very caring and visited me every day after the surgery to help me through the difficult time helping me get back on my feet.
