My coordinater Lilia was very helpful and assisted me every step; she made everything straightforward. I am still in early recovery, so it's too early to tell about the final outcome, but I'm scheduled to get full dentures on top and a partial on the bottom during the next appointment. The clinic has stayed in touch since I left. There were no additional expenses on top of the quoted price. Honestly, there is nothing that could have been better. My main advice for future patients is to be prepared for that second visit if you have teeth extracted, as your gums will need time to heal before the final denture is fitted.

I was very happy with the quality of the service. The clinic is modern, well-equipped, and clean. Max, the dentist I saw, was thorough and professional; the consultation was clear and informative, and he developed a carefully considered treatment plan that took into account the potential complexities of my case. I underwent root canal retreatment on a tooth with an existing crown. Max explained that the crown was high quality and that he would try to preserve and reuse it where possible, while also outlining fallback options if that wasn’t feasible. I’m not convinced the same level of care and consideration would have been taken had I undergone the procedure in the UK. Communication throughout was excellent. Medhat was always available to answer any questions, which made the process smooth and reassuring. I’m very pleased that I chose to travel to Poland for the treatment.

I was not in the ward, my relatives brought me with an interpreter and took me away. Lets admit it, thinking about getting dental work done is always daunting, especially when you are considering getting implants, and then even more so implants in a different country but what I can say is that I am glad that I chose Haldent to get mine. As easy as it is to be mesmerised by the beautiful buildings, HiTech equipment and peering into the Dental Lab everytime you walk by it, you realise very quickly that they all being used by very skilled individuals, and they are very good at what they do. Dr Hubert Trzepatowski hasn’t just build a dental surgery hes built a family and when you are there you feel very much apart of it. From being picked up for your day off surgery, to being dropped off you are in the best of hands, and if that doesn’t put you at ease the massage before will, mines almost put me to sleep. After having come home now and reflecting back I would like to extend thanks to everyone that was involved, long hours and late nights were put in and I cannot explain how thankful I am for all the time that was put in and all the extra effort that was gone to. The staff is very kind, the administrator is very very good, the doctors who cleaned and restored the teeth are the best, but after the tooth extraction, the surgeon gave me an infection and now I need to be treated with antibiotics for 2 weeks, so the surgery is bad, I do not recommend it.

Wonderful service staff, they pay attention and care to each patient, they will help you create a convenient schedule for visits, they will give you the right advice and carry out painless treatment, great attention is paid to the cleanliness and hygiene in the office and the service staff themselves.
