We had an online consultation with Dr. Carlo de Vincentiis, through a female translator. The translator translated everything word for word, there were no barriers in communicating with the doctor. Before the consultation, a CT scan and ultrasound were sent to the clinic in advance. After studying the materials, Dr. Carlo de Vincentiis explained everything clearly and in detail. He told me how to live further, what to do... My only regret is that I did not go to this clinic earlier. It was full of information consultation and Dr Francesco Maisano was very generous in providing us with multiple solutions for my father's case with mentioning the best solution among them and why it was the best solution. So, he was very knowledgeable, very genius and expertise. I strongly recommend this service. The son is 5 years old, it was necessary to carry out a radical operation on the aortic valve, plastic or Rosa operation. The second is very difficult to perform, so it was important to find a surgeon with extensive experience. Alessandro Frigiola has a lot of experience. In Moscow, there are generally few reviews about Italian medicine, but after visiting here I can safely recommend this doctor, operations are performed here every day, everything is thought out to the smallest detail and you do not care, as in Moscow, for example, what equipment or conditions for treatment are lacking. I liked the San Donato clinic itself, despite the fact that almost no one speaks Russian, language barriers almost did not interfere, the staff are caring, they treat children with love. The atmosphere is pleasant here. Special thanks to the staff of international treatment organizations, the department may not write correctly, but I think it's clear. For all questions 24/7, you can contact them, Olga Gribova helped organize everything for a whole year. An excellent translator, Mariana, who also helps to communicate with doctors in the clinic and is constantly in touch if any problems arise. For all questions, even those that did not concern treatment, the girls always responded very responsively and helped. Thanks to them, the trip turned out to be much easier morally and with less worries. I was allowed to visit my son in intensive care. He stayed there for 2 days, and could have stayed less, but there were delays due to a smear on the covid, so they decided to keep him there, because the operation was difficult. Accommodation here is separate from the hospital, but Olga also helped with this issue. Everything was organized very quickly, there is no red tape with documents, as, for example, in Germany. As for the ward itself, in principle, everything is like everywhere else, I have no particular complaints.

I want to thank Dr.Murtada, because he’s the one who arrange it with the hospital. he was with us the whole way asking if we need anything, if everything is OK and I keep asking him a question too but he doesn’t get tired he googled and answer or he calls them straight to figure out the situation. At first me doing it by myself make me tired of emailing all of the hospital in India but after I contact Bookimed he finish everything that it takes me three weeks to due in 2days.The hospital was good to us, they arrange driver named Manpreet Singh that can speak English and take us everywhere we ask am and help us travel popular places, he is the best. I want to thank Karan Kumar for being with us until the end he is the one who take care of everything in the hospital for us and outside of the hospital too. The nurse are nice and the food is very good and my mom surgery went very good by Dr. Anoop k Ganjoo, he is really good doctor. I will recommend you changing your dollar to rupees before going to India.

Hello. I just wanted to mention some of the things that happened, so that your team is in the loop of what your customers are going through. I was contacted by Dr. Sadeq, which was very pleasant to communicate with. Roman on the other hand, was not clear about anything from the beginning. Saying “don’t worry, it is okay.” After confirming the doctors, and sending all my medical files 2 weeks ahead of time, I came to realise that the doctors have no idea about my condition. I walked in to a confused doctor, not even knowing that I have heart failure. I saw this as quite unprofessional that they haven’t even had time to review my documents. Once the doctor asked for my files, Roman did not have them, and I was forced to give a brief summary of what happened. This made me feel that my case was of no interest or importance to the representative. After finally managing to see the surgeon, he said that was the only day he was available (March 2nd), and that he was flying for work elsewhere. He had asked me to come back on the 16th of March. I could not believe that, as I have paid for tickets, plus hotels for two people (my mother joining) for 10 days in Vienna, when the doctor is not even there to do the surgery I was supposed to do. Do you know what the costs are of this mishap? After that, we ended up seeing another cardiologist recommended by the cardio surgeon. He was great, but when we came back the next day for ROman’s set appointment, it turns out there was no appointment, and he “had to go” and left me to deal with the hospital. The communication with Roman was horrible. I was just waiting in the lobby for 3 days not knowing what will happen, what are the fees, and no warnings or consultations. Especially when an x-ray costs 2,500 euros, I would have appreciated an initial warning of the costs. Not just “come pay” style that he has. That is as much as the biopsy, which I will still have to do in the future. I have experience with companies like yours, but the unprofessionalism, lack of communication, and unorganisation is unprecedented. I am going out of my way just to clarify what my experience was with your team, with handling things. The hospital and doctors were great. It was just the missteps by Roman that was upsetting.

Team was good , our stay was usefull ..but the cost was soo high .. its need some look .. the lab tets no bleavable ..
