This is one of the best hospitals I’ve ever visit! It combines high quality of medicine services with perfect organisation, communication and translations service. I want to send my sincere thanks to Professor Ahmed Tunc Özdemir fra department of urology. He is incredibly knowledgeable, professional and always ready to help! I warmly recommend professor to all the patients who need a really skilled doctor who is always willing to do his best for helping! He has in addition, very kind and generous personality! My sincere thanks goes further to coordinator Alisher and translator Gulnaz. Alisher is a perfect example of the right person on the right place. He possess executive management skills and it is a pleasure to communicate with him. He is expert to organise, coordinate and give a quick feedback. He is always smiling and polite. Alisher is always trying to solve all the problems on a best way and is a really good listener and communicator. Last but not least I want to express my sincere gratitude to translator Gulnaz! Gulnaz is extremely talented, professional, kind and supportive person ! She is the person you will be happy to meet when you are far from home and need help to understand a different language. Alisher who is a coordinator is an extraordinary person. Translator Gullnaz is also one of a kind. I have no words to describe how grateful I am to have met them. I won’t talk about the way this clinic conducts business, namely that the price starts to rise when you are already there and your passport is with the registrar, all this is nothing, if there was a result, but the result is this - Urology of this institution is completely bottom, here in the bookcomed they praised that you will have a professor, and so, a professor who, as it turned out, specializes in child circumcisions, spent at most three minutes on me when providing tests and descriptions of the disease, and two on the results and treatment prescriptions, well, okay, I think, the professor, he treats in a second, but no, I was treated, the result is zero, just zero. And you understand this: time, money and most importantly health, there are still a lot of moments, but you can close your eyes to all this, if you were cured, if you at least tried to think about it

I went through the general checkup for men. I really liked the determination of all the staff. Everything was top-notch, the coordinators, the availability of interpreters, and of course the doctors.

The first time they flew to the clinic for a checkup back in March. And already at the end of May they flew in for an operation. Literally half a day to prepare for the operation, hospitalization early in the morning, European-level ward (5 star hotel). They brought a bathrobe and slippers. I just managed to put on the issued stockings, and I was already invited to the operation. The operation took 4 hours, brought immediately to the ward. Well, as usual, a departure from anesthesia, but by the evening she was already moving around. She stayed in the hospital for 2 days after the operation. This is constant monitoring by medical, middle and junior staff. There are many translators, which is very convenient. They fed not only me, but also my husband, who was nearby. Water, tea and coffee were constantly replenished. Discharged 2 days after the operation. So far so good, I'm following the doctor's recommendations. I think I made the right choice by choosing this clinic. I recommend to everyone.

Medical team was professional and well experience.The hospital is very far away from the city centre and only two times the transport was provided although we had another consultation scheduled with another doctor at another day when the tests were also supposed to be taken but we had to arrange for the transport ourselves.
