Liked that they let me stay in Hospital Longer - this made things safer I was told my medicine would be included but was a little Annoyed I had to go withdraw money to get my medicine for after care, especially after surgery when walking was a major issue after surgery (I got very faint) I ended up organising my own massages post op as I was told double the price of my original pricing for the massage My aftercare was a little bad. Mixed opinions on diffrent things . Saw a few things that could’ve been done better

I am very happy that I chose here, although the price is cheap the surgeries are top quality!

This clinic was the best, honestly 10/10. I’ve had surgery before and I wish I would’ve found them earlier. I was skeptical to book with them at first, due to the low reviews and cheap price but I’m so happy iI did! Everything is straight to the point as soon as you get there, no messing around. My assistant maryem was so nice and never made us feel alone, I had to stay extra nights in the hospital but I didn’t mind, the staff were very attentive and the place was clean. There was a male nurse, I think his name was izmit although he didn’t speak English he was the most comforting and helpful. The hotel was beautiful and good for a standard room. As for my surgeon he’s the best! I had liposuction in January and the people before left my belly uneven and still fat, this surgeon took so much fat from my stomach and back, I have no more back rolls and my stomach is completely flat. I am very happy that I chose here, although the price is cheap the surgeries are top quality! I will be returning soon, thank you Adem & havva!

A week ago, I underwent a comprehensive surgery, specifically abdominoplasty, liposuction, and BBL at the Dr. Med clinic. The results are not yet visible as it's only been a week. I would like to highlight the warm attitude of the entire staff, which is evident from the moment you land at the airport. During my stay, I never felt alone; all questions were answered immediately, and everyone was always available and very friendly. Surgeon Dr. Aykut Gok and the staff were excellent. Special thanks to Muhlise, in my opinion, the warmest person I have ever met. The clinic's team provided excellent service and support throughout my stay. you couldn’t ask for better people, to answer every question you ask even if it is over and over

I’m on government money to live my daily life, I’ve wanted this operation for 38years since one of my pregnancies made my belly swell to the point of my skin being see through. I got down to being a good weight, as with all my children,, I had this Awful amount of hanging skin just there on my body, I would look at it and call myself names, I would look down and see a bulge that I hated, even through my clothes. I finally sold my car and thank God in heaven. My bank gave me a loan that gave me approximately £10,000 on the dot and could not go over that… At bookimed they actually listened to everything I had to say my budget limit, what I wanted, what I wanted to look like,, don’t get me wrong I don’t mind getting old part of life. They made all the arrangements Dr , CLINIC, consultations, transfers, they were there at every corner at every question that I asked over and over again, you name it they listened, and I could not recommend a more perfect company to go through. If you have any doubts. I done a lot of searching months and months and months of searching as with these online drs. You never know if you’re getting a good one, If the reviews are real, if the final cost is going to be exactly what you expected. I am as real as they get just an ordinary person live in a government funded life, I do not have a daddy who is rolling in cash. I do not have a mummy who would give me everything I asked I do not have a single penny so take it from me the place to start would be right here, you couldn’t ask for better people, to answer every question you ask even if it is over and over

Te experience was something else. At the clinic everyone was amazing but there were also some problems. Bookimed and the clinic did not communicate that efficiently.. there were some problems and the result was me having to reschedule the operation which was nerve wracking because I had everything already booked. Other than that the experience at the clinic was good, everyone is kind and ready to help with everything you need.

My experience with bookimed was something else.. For the bright side the staff i was talking to was quite nice and responsive. But there were also some not so good things that happend. They had problems forwarding my phone number to the clinic and because of that I came in contact with the clinic only a week before my departure. More problems accrued with the date agreed with bookimed which apparently did not please to the clinic but because of the number problem they could not contact me regarding the reschedule. We agreed on another date a few days before my departure.. it was a really stressful experience.

First of all i want to start my review by saying that I was so scared to travel for Plastic Surgery; yet I wanted to trust my instincts and get my surgery done by Dr.Ilker Manavbasi in Istanbul, Turkey. I had been watching previous reviews, his youtube channel and the procedures he had done and i was driven to him instantly. This was the best decision I could have made as he did an amazing job! I contacted bookimed and requested Dr. Manavbasi service through them, and i can confirm that their replies were instant, Fouad was so helpful, such a nice person!). Afterwards I was contacted be Ege (the co-ordinator), who is my Savior, my hero, and till today i can assure you that he is always there for me to address my concerns and queries, which are a lot, and he is always very kind and assists me to the very best. Ege stayed in touch with me before my stay in Turkey, through out my stay in Istanbul, and again I keep bugging him with my questions. Before my surgery Dr. Ilker came over to check me out, and explained to me what he was about to do during my surgery, everything in detail. He is so nice, very caring, so friendly and most importantly so knowledgeable! I was a bit scared but excited as i knew that he would do a great job. I wasn't really in pain after my surgery but still i was given all the relevant medication. During my stay, I was in and out of the hospital every day to get checked out (Istanbul Aesthetic Center which is 3 minutes away from the hotel i stayed at), I can say that i am so happy with my results, still not healed 100% but getting there! I highly recommend Dr. Ilker Manavbasi (the best Surgeon) and his team as they are so helpful and understanding, as well as all the Hospital staff, really nice people, and off course Ege Cinar, he is just the person every patient needs, the best! I just need to say for the millionth time, THANK YOU!
