I am satisfied with everything and I am glad that I chose this clinic

Wonderful team. Mustafa - interpreter-coordinator organised everything as conveniently as possible. He was always on the phone, ready to solve any issue. The whole trip: from the transfer at the airport to the first result of the operation - just top. The transfer, the hotel where I was accommodated, the hospital and its hospital room - excellent. Attentive medical staff. Not all nurses spoke English but were always willing to help, used the translator on the phone. The doctor is energetic, understanding and speaks English, so there were no problems with communication. I am satisfied with everything and I am glad that I chose this clinic.

The operations take place in a government hospital. Nobody speaks English there. Communication is very difficult; if there are complications after surgery, then this is problematic. There is also very questionable medical training. Injections and tests are taken without gloves. They can't take an analysis. They pricked a vein, didn’t get it and left. We touched it with our own hands without gloves. They measure your blood pressure haphazardly or not at all, and then they write down what they made up and lie that they checked it all night. Immediately after the operation I had to call them and shout for them to come because the call button did not work. I had a lingering shock from all this. We had a girl translator with us who did not want to disconnect when I asked her. Although I speak English fluently and did not need her services. I didn’t want to undress in front of her and show my chest or belly. Therefore, the consultation was useless for me. As I became convinced later (when I had already undergone surgery), this company is very focused on earnings, and not on the client.

Так же там очень сомнительная медицинская подготовка. Уколы и анализы берут без перчаток. Анализ взять не могут. Кололи вену, не попадали и уходили. Трогали своими руками без перчаток. Давление меряют как попало или не меряют вообще, а потом записывают придуманное и врут что проверяли всю ночь. Сразу после операции мне приходилось звать их и кричать чтоб подошли так как кнопка вызова не работала. У меня был затяжной шок от всего этого

First I was a bit skeptical of Bookimed as I’ve never used or heard of their services. I must say they were very professional, answered all the questions I’ve had, and there were many and everything they said would happen happen. Yasin was my medical coordinator and everything that I’d read about him in the reviews were ALL true. He’s friendly, accessible and answered all my questions promptly. My surgeon was Dr Gurhan Ozcan and I can’t say enough about what an AWESOME doctor he truly is. My daughter who accompanied me on the trip, and I had a lot of questions for him and being a professor, he answered each and every questions in my pre-operation as well as post operation visit. All the staff, from driver who picked me up, the anaesthesiologist to the person who brought my food, to the nurses, cleaning staff were simply amazing and I HIGHLY recommend Bookimed, Istanbul Aesthetics Clinic, Yasin and the team. I had a breast lift and tummy tuck (pics enclosed) and I did not have the intense pain that I’ve read about online. Don’t get me wrong, I had very painful moments but the nurses were there to give me pain relief whenever I needed it. Even after leaving the clinic, Yasin sent a car for me in order to get a “shot” for pain. Bravo to the entire team
