I recently booked a blepharoplasty with dr Elgin Er through Bookimed. They were very speedy in their response to any of my questions and the representative from Bookimed followed up frequently to ensure that all the arrangements were done fast and effectively. I am quite impressed with how easy it was to arrange everything through them. It took the uncertainty and difficulty out of the process. The liked the ease of the whole process. All arrangements were done and each step of the process worked like clockwork. Traveling with a dedicated driver to and from the airport to the hotel, and the hotel to the clinic and back. The hotel they booked was sufficient and the staff were very friendly and supportive. The surgeon, dr Elgin is very knowledgeable and I’m quite happy with the outcome of the surgery. Very little scarring and bruising. You only see the surgeon for 5 min before the operation. All post-op visits are done with other doctors. When you have any questions for the surgeon be sure to ask it during the first consultation as you won’t get another chance. Although my contract stated that it includes for a partner with 5 nights at the hotel and 1 night in the hospital , my booking at the hotel was only for 1 person. And it was only 4 nights at the hotel as I had to check out of the hotel for the night in the hospital and re- check in after the surgery. That was a quite inconvenient as I would have liked to leave my luggage in the room, and my partner also had to pay extra to stay in the hotel for the night that I was in the hospital.

I was on 29 September 2025 at Lockman hekim clinic for breast and eyelid reduction.All my fears and doubts were in vain. From the very beginning of my enquiry at Bookimed to the last taxi ride to the airport after the procedures, everything went without a single obstacle. Everything went smoothly and smoothly. We arrived very early, we were taken to the clinic and our interpreter Olga was already in touch with us. We were placed in a beautifully decorated room, on the same day all the necessary medical parameters were taken. The doctor clearly explained what would happen and how it would be done. I had plastic surgery on the upper and lower eyelids. I can describe my experience as follows: an absolute feeling of safety and comfort throughout the provision of the service. Compassionate staff, talented surgeon, modern equipment and techniques. And subsequent support, which is also very important. If I had a choice, I would contact the same surgeon and the same clinic. On the upper eyelids the seams are very neat, on the lower eyelids I couldn’t find them at all. I had upper eyelid blephoroplasty at Lokman Hekim Clinic. I am very satisfied with the work of surgeon Murat Yaman, a competent, attentive and very pleasant person. The doctors and nurses helping him to operate were one cohesive, organised team. Special thanks to the attendant and interpreter Olga Oztürk for her professionalism. The staff at the hospital where I was operated on was terrible, they didn’t even give me water on the day after the operation, the next day the translator told me that water was paid, that’s why they didn’t give me water, it’s terrible, the consultation with the doctor lasted a total of 5 minutes and 5 minutes before the operation. After the operation, I was left alone in the hospital, there was no support from the hospital staff, after the anesthesia, the translator asked me 15 times if I wanted to go to the hotel, but I could barely lift my head from the pillow, in the morning I was somehow able to get up, I was very dizzy, I was in a terrible state for 3 days, no one asked about my well-being, 2 weeks had passed since the day of the operation, after leaving home, the doctor was no longer interested in how my nose was, whether I was okay. I don’t like the result so far, the doctor only removed the hump, but the nose remained just as big, I’ll see after some time, maybe it will shrink, which I doubt. I signed almost all the documents in Turkish and English, they gave me recommendations for care on the day of departure when they were no longer needed, when I asked why they answered me in English, so you’ll just learn it.

Hello. The operation was performed at the Estetik International clinic. The clinic looks expensive. Everything in it is beautiful, expensive, rich, an excellent ward, and so on. But. A lot but. I'll start. Bukemed organized everything quickly. They are great. Only I clarified a couple of times when to take tickets back home. They said on the 14th. And the operation was on the 10th. Analyzes on the 8th. 9 clinic day off. Arriving at the clinic, the translator Ozan, the translator, tells me that she should fly 17-18 back. Since the days are counted from the moment of the operation. That is, I was not correctly informed in bookimed. OK. I left earlier. The doctor said everything is healing. The clinic itself and its attitude towards me. I had a lift and an increase. The operation was carried out on the 10th at about 15.00. On the 11th at 14.00 I was told that I had an hour to get ready and the transfer would take me to the hotel. I begged to leave me for a day or at least until the morning in the clinic. Since it was terribly hard for me, everything hurt a lot. I couldn't get up, get dressed, etc. I felt dizzy and my blood pressure dropped. But I was told 250€ a day at the clinic or go to the hotel. I went to the hotel. I had drainage. It needs to be cleaned. I was told to do it myself. Once a translator came for me. Since I refused to do it myself because I could just faint from all this. The next day, a friend helped me to do this, and then they removed the drainage and sent me home the next day. And here the most interesting begins. Manager Katerina or coordinator. I'm on my nerves. Due to the lack of specifics and information, at the end of all this, I just lost my temper and could not find other words except mats and tears. In the end, they called me a taxi. I'm going. With full confidence that he was paid. The taxi driver shows the amount. And I understand that it is not paid. I had to ask for a card from their parents. Attach it to your phone and pay. Next, I go to the airport. I understand that I won't be able to. The clinic helped only in the fact that they checked me in for the flight. When they realized that I could really be late, and then they would have to resolve the issue with tickets and the hotel at their own expense, since it was all their fault. There are 100+ people in line at passport control. I understand I can't. Spit in an hour exactly. The gate has already been opened. And I decide to try. I just asked each person if I could go in front of him, and so I went in line and got on the plane. Now the clinic does not respond to me. Bookimed said that the money would be returned for a taxi, but this issue could be resolved for months. But I'm really looking forward to it. Katerina said the issue is under consideration by the authorities. For the past three days does not answer at what stage the question. Regarding the doctor. All OK. I had a difficult breast situation. He corrected her. But so far it's only been a week. I think it's definitely better than it was. But he didn't hear me. I asked for bigger breasts. I installed a 400 ml implant, but I don’t like it because there is no volume anyway.

Dr lux , quality , no bruising after rhinoplasty , good doctor . I was hungry, the hotel can be found better for such money. The nurse after the operation pricked 3 times hands not qualitatively. Who has fear to needles, blood, and I have this fear, on my request to call a specialist, I was refused. And so everything is good, fast healing . I recommend the doctor . 7 day after surgery

Overall, I am very satisfied with both the results and the service. My only suggestion would be this: for such major plastic surgeries, the patient should ideally stay at the clinic for at least 3 days under medical supervision. This is essential for proper recovery and peace of mind. Also, I would prefer that Dr. Yunus personally performs the bondage changes, as he does them best — and it noticeably speeds up the healing process.
