Admittedly, when I booked the surgery, I was a little sceptical that everything would go well. After all, everything was done online. However, I was very impressed with how good and friendly the constant communication was. I was already feeling increasingly confident here. I also received very good, uninterrupted and professional treatment and care on site. My doctor Dr Burak and my contact person Olivia were very friendly and incredibly helpful. The transfers - to/from the airport or to follow up appointments at the clinic - were very good and reliable. The contact persons at Bookimed also contacted me regularly and enquired about my well-being. I am very pleased with the outcome of the surgery and am pleased to be recovering quickly and well. We arrived very early, we were taken to the clinic and our interpreter Olga was already in touch with us. We were placed in a beautifully decorated room, on the same day all the necessary medical parameters were taken. The doctor clearly explained what would happen and how it would be done.
We were in the clinic for 3 days and then to the hotel. It was also clean, beautifully designed, rich breakfast.
I recommend Lokman Hekim and Dr Marat Yaman if you want to change your appearance.

I felt very secure and taken care of through the entire experience. All of my inquiries were answered very promptly by both the bookiemed coordinator, the assistant, and my doctor (Dr. C Altindąg), is very experienced and talked me through what to expect and analyzed my nose very thoroughly.
I breath perfectly now after surgery and my nose is a lot straighter (I had a severe deviated septum and other complications from a past surgery that he identified and corrected including a mirgrated graft and a droopy tip). I'm still quite swollen but look forward to seeing final results in a few months.
I am very grateful to all the staff for their attentiveness and prompt assistance. I travelled alone, but I didn't feel lonely, I had support from all sides ☺️ Transfer is super, I didn't even expect that it would be so VIP, the drivers are very well-mannered, attentive, careful driving! Some of the staff when I was lying in the ward forgot to bring me ice, water, but that's the way it is, I understand that they have a high workload and can't keep everything in their heads, so in the end they brought it a little later ) This is a trifle and the only small minus, I would not take it into account compared to the way they ran over me.
