I arrive on Monday 15 of November afternoon and my surgery was on 16. I was very scared, because was my first surgery and I was alone. I passed my drama moment, but all the team of medical promise was close to me helping in everything. I made a endoscopic brow lift because my brows make me look tired and sad, but I don’t want look artificial or over correct. The hospital is really good and the attention cannot be better. My surgeon only I can tell is an artist and catch the idea what exactly I want. The surgeon is the doctor Cem Yildirim. Also I have the opportunity to know the wonderful city and people from Istanbul. Today is just 10 days after my surgery and I cannot be more happy with the result, after be thinking during a lot of time for do it, only I tell my self if I had known about this experience earlier, I will have done earlier. All my grateful to the doctor Cem Yildirim, Abdalah and all the team of Medical promise. Highly recommended. I share my pictures before surgery and after 10 days.

I got my plastic surgery done at this hospital. The nurses and staff at Medical Promise hospital were incredibly attentive and caring. We communicated via Google translate very easily. I chose Bookimed and this facility because of the excellent plastic surgeon , Op. Dr. Hakan Teymur. His specialty is above a normal plastic surgeon as his specialty is both reconstructive and plastic surgeries. He listens to you attentively and has superb bedside manners. I did upper eyelid, canthoplasty or almond eye surgery, forehead lift, and fat transfer procedures. He did all of this with superb skill. He found a cyst under my eye that he took care of pro bono during surgery. I had no complication from any of the procedures. His skills are excellent and he is the only doctor that I will trust my body with. I should mention that he speaks multiple languages flawlessly-English being one of them. My medical coordinator Bakr, Suheib, manager Tariq, Urfa, Ahmet, and countless drivers who took me back and forth were excellent. Bakr, Urfa and Ahmet really went of their way to make me comfortable and happy. Choose Bookimed with this team and Dr. Teymur and you will be very satisfied. The choice was made from three popular hair transplant clinics - price / quality. Used the bookimed platform. After receiving individual programs from clinics, it turned out that only the Soho clinic was similar to the individual one! + good price and an hour of consultation with a clinic representative did their job! There were many questions and doubts, such as a fresh website and an Instagram page created at the end of 2021! But despite everything and the fact that Soho was the only one who asked for an advance payment before the operation, I did it! The operation took place on January 31, 2022! Behind almost 7 months! The specialists of the clinic are in touch with me at every important period of this difficult process! Although until the result, which, according to the clinic, I will be proud of for another 2 months, the effect is already huge! I'm happy to see what's going on! I liked everything from the meeting at the airport to the very departure! Constant attention, care, attitude at a high level! Despite the fact that I refused to buy a vitamin complex from the doctor for 350 €) I definitely recommend it! And yes, before the transplant, the doctor told me that 3800 grafts would be transplanted, but it turned out in the process 4200 !! This quantity is backed by a lifetime warranty! Tablets, daily transfers, accessories (such as special pillows for sleeping), shampoos - without any additional payments! I only spent the agreed amount! All good)
