He has held a variety of positions, including Associate Professor at Süleyman Demirel University and attending physician at Şifa University. He is specialized in phlebology, particularly aesthetic phlebology, and is a member of the European Society of Vascular Surgery, American Venous Forum, Turkish Society of Cardiovascular Surgery, National Society of Cardiology, National Society of Vascular and Endovascular Surgery and Turkish Medical Association. He has authored papers, has attended various scientific meetings in the field and has received the First Prize for an oral presentation in the 3rd Annual Congress of Update in Cardiology and Cardiovascular Surgery, Antalya, 2007.
