We were brought straight to the hospital after arriving. Good transfer! Olga, our interpreter, met us at the hospital. She was not only an interpreter but also a counsellor on many issues in Istanbul, as it was the first time we had been here. In the evening we took a blood test and in the morning I was operated. I came out of the anaesthesia easily, already in a new image. The doctor was very attentive, both before the operation, during the examination, and after. Service staff, very nice nurses, even though I did not understand them, but smiled doing their job and did not embarrass me. In the hospital I was with my husband only two nights, I felt good and we moved to the hotel (room large, clean with breakfast included!). We went to the dressing. There was always a transfer! Additionally I want to add about Istanbul - it is very interesting and mysterious city fairy tale! Thank you all who supported me from the very beginning of my decision and to the end! My operation at the clinic went very well right from the start. Communication and coordination were also very good. The clinic is ISO 9001 certified and is hygienically clean. The materials are of high quality and the doctor is empathetic and competent. The results of the abdominoplasty (tummy tuck and closure of the rectus diastasis) and breast augmentation are aesthetic and I am very satisfied.

The clinic was disappointing. Instead of the promised surgery start time of 12-13 hours, we found a free operating theatre only at 19:30. The situation was saved by the doctor himself, who was in the clinic all the time and was also waiting for the operating theatre to be given to us. He calmed me down and supported me. Many thanks to him for this, also a big thanks to the interpreter Valeria who was also there for me. Many thanks to the medical staff of the clinic, they are great professionals. The operation was successful, I am completely satisfied with the result. I plan to have a face lift with the same doctor.

I had a breast augmentation operation. It took a very long time to pass the tests, without an interpreter, the staff is not attentive, there was no consultation with the doctor after the operation, I only saw a nurse at the dressing .I did not get any answers to my questions .I was in the ward for 24 hours, the staff there is very good, thank them very much, the food is normal, clean, comfortable beds.After discharge, my ultrasound scans were lost...When I asked where they are, no one knows.Now it is already 8 days after the operation...I sent the pictures of the breast no response ....

Additionally, they found a date for my surgery as I wanted—within the same month. I wasn't prepared to wait six months, as I'd go crazy with worry. I still had numerous questions in my mind, and I constantly wrote to Kristina, but the next day, through a video call, I spoke with Dr. Hakan and Narmina, who interpreted for me. My questions and emotional concerns were resolved in one call, and I realized that I didn't want another doctor and wasn't afraid to fly there. They would provide the best care possible. That was the hardest moment—I was very cold, experiencing severe shivering and pain. But there was plenty of staff around, along with the doctor and my sister. Hakan reassured me that everything went perfectly! The nurses quickly covered me with two blankets, set up a heater underneath, administered pain medication, and once I warmed up, I fell asleep. The room was very cozy; my sister stayed with me on a nearby couch for the entire day. The staff came frequently, day and night, providing pain relief, antibiotics, and checking blood pressure and temperature. By evening, dinner was served. A nurse helped me get out of bed and use the bathroom for the first time. On the same day, it was my sister's birthday, and in the evening, we went on a Bosphorus night cruise. We watched performances, enjoyed alcohol-free cocktails, and danced just a little without moving my arms. We rested on Sunday, strolled through the evening streets, and flew home the next morning. Nearly three weeks have passed—the swelling is going down, though some areas of numbness remain, and there's occasional tingling and pain. But I've already discarded all my padded bras and, for the first time, bought the thinnest, most attractive bras in my life. My husband hasn't seen much of them yet, as I'm still sleeping in a special bra, on my back, and in a separate bed—but when he did, he expressed his admiration, saying they look naturally beautiful and sexy. It's just a little longer before I can reveal them fully, and I'm sure no one would guess there was any surgical intervention. I had my surgery at B.care on Bukimed's recommendation. Before the surgery, I asked the doctor 3 times what complications there could be, but the interpreter and (assistant surgeon) "did not understand the question" said that there could be problems "ONLY if I do not do massage after surgery. After my breast augmentation, my pocket tore and my implant went down. The doctor told me to wear a rubber band from the post-operative underwear - on top, which provoked the breast drooping even more. Then I was taken to the breast correction, which was done under local anesthesia, just injected the breast with Ledocoin, cut the stitches, tightened and sewed back. It was very painful and I experienced a huge amount of stress that I still remember to this day. This kind of surgery should be under general anesthesia. After the correction, I have again lowered one breast, of course, not so much, but still, very ugly looks. Also initially the doctor placed the implants very low, because of this there is little volume on top, it looks like not round but drop-shaped implant (which does not fit my body type). All postoperative rules and recommendations and followed, wore underwear and massages. The doctor said that this is because I "lay on the chest" shifting the responsibility on me. But, to surf I was allowed in 2.5 months, and there you need to lie on the chest. I learned about the fact that you can not lie on the chest for a year, when I had a torn pocket. I do not recommend the clinic and the surgeon. Very disappointed.
