When I decided to have an abdominoplasty, I found Bookimed..com by chance. And I will say right away that I have not regretted it. I want to emphasise my coordinator Ekaterina. She did a great job: at any time of the day!!!( sometimes I asked questions at 12 at night), she always answered me immediately. My operation at the clinic went very well right from the start. Communication and coordination were also very good. The clinic is ISO 9001 certified and is hygienically clean. The materials are of high quality and the doctor is empathetic and competent. The results of the abdominoplasty (tummy tuck and closure of the rectus diastasis) and breast augmentation are aesthetic and I am very satisfied.

The staff are very friendly and make you feel really comfortable. It is sometimes a bit difficult to communicate in the clinic as not every member of staff speaks English well, but it's not a big problem. I was very nervous before my tummy tuck but the nurse was really responsive to me. Contact is always via WhatsApp, which is very convenient. I am driven to the clinic every 2 days and the clinic covers the travel costs. Everything is also included. I am more than satisfied for the price and can highly recommend the clinic.

I recently underwent surgery at Kardiolita Clinic in Kaunas and I would like to express my great gratitude to the entire medical staff. The doctors and nurses showed high professionalism and attentive attitude, which helped me to feel safe and comfortable. The operation was carried out quickly and qualitatively, without unnecessary complications. The post-operative period went smoothly - two days in a separate ward were as comfortable as possible. The ward was clean, cosy, with all the necessary amenities, and the staff was always nearby, ready to help with any questions.
