Everything in the hotel super, 5 stars, good finishing, excellent staff, we were accommodated on the 8th floor, with a beautiful view of the city.... The next day we arrived at the clinic... They paid there, and without delay, they invited us to the operating room... The team is excellent , young guys and girls, cheerful and relaxed, (they even sang songs during the transplant)... the transplant went quite quickly, they got it done in 5 hours, because the people know their stuff, they are all true professionals, both the doctor and the guy, who drew the hair line, and the girls who were assistants....Everything is at the highest level..The transplant itself is painless, only at the very beginning, when the painkiller was administered, it was a little painful, but it lasted about 10 minutes.. In general, I am satisfied with the transplant itself , I hope that the result will not be good, we’ll see in a year.. Then we were taken back to the hotel, and I spent that day in the room, did not go anywhere.... The next day I had a rest day, and the hotel staff organized a tour for us to the historical center of Istanbul... We had a great time there, and a day later they took me back to the clinic, showed me and washed my hair, and the ace driver took us to the airport... Bottom line: without much strain, I had a hair transplant and my wife and I had a great time in Istanbul, trying different dishes, making excursions and having the opportunity to shop... I am from Witney, Oxfordshire in the UK and I went to Hair for a beard and hair transplant and I cannot rate the professional service received from all members of the team highly enough. I am writing this review in my hotel room the day after having a beard and hair transplant.
When I first decided to undergo a hair transplant in Turkey, I was inundated with offers from, what seemed to be, hundreds of hair transplant clinics through WhatsApp, and it was hard to know which clinics were the best? I decided to pick Hair in Istanbul, because I could see no negatives reviews and they were recommended to me by Bookimed. I then heavily researched this clinic online before making a decision.
I could tell once I met with the medical team that I had made a good choice on coming to this clinic. This is a good clinic, and the medical team who carried out the procedure were highly skilled, professional, and considerate. Once, they started taking grafts I could tell these people know what they were doing.
On my initial WhatsApp consultation, I was told they would be able to extract 3000 grafts but, they actually extracted 4800 and so they implanted some additional grafts in the crown area of my head free of charge. They implanted every single graft in which meant they took longer than scheduled. I will send the photographic results of my hair and beard transplant after 6 months has passed. I also give Hair permission to pass on my contact details to anyone who wants to contact me with questions about my experience as a client at this clinic. I'd like to give a special thank you to Yulia, Mehmet Ali, and particularly the highly professional and extremely talented medical team of technicians who carried out the actual procedure. A massive thank you to Bunyamin, who did the grafts collection and opening of the channels, and Samet Yusuf, who transplanted 3600 grafts into my hair and 1200 grafts into my beard.

I was recommended Dr Med by Bookimed, a very good, trustworthy medical platform. My accordinator could not speak highly enough of Dr Aykut and the team, and she was right. From start to finish I received the best medical and supportive care. Muhlise who was there for me to talk to 24 hours a day is one of the loveliest people I have ever come across, answering all my questions, concerns and organising everything for me. They checked my bloods and did a full health check to check that I was well enough to have all the procedures. The nurses were so lovely and there every second to look after me and make sure I had a good, quick recovery. Within 3 days I felt as if I hadn't even had an operation. I had no discomfort, no pain, was able to see a bit of Istanbul which was lovely. I was put in such a lovely hotel and luxuary transfer to and from all my appointments and airports. It is so important for the patient to be able to communicate with the manager at any time: to talk, consult, discuss personal issues and possible risks. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Before finding you, I had experience communicating with two organizations that provide services in the field of medical tourism, but unfortunately, commerce and the desire to sell specific specialists without options is alarming and does not inspire confidence at all. On the other hand, I’m even glad that I had such a short communication experience, especially since I was able to evaluate the capabilities of Bookimed! I understand that for the reader my review may be similar to an ode of praise, but as they say, “you can’t erase words from a song.”))) Therefore, I can only continue to talk about how it was in my specific case. Thanks to the Khizar clinic for a luxurious spacious room with floor-to-ceiling windows, an additional sofa for visitors, as well as delicious meals three times a day. It would seem difficult to surprise us with high-quality Turkish service in a hotel, but when your stay in the clinic is exactly the same as in a hotel, it is much more valuable at a time when you are absolutely alone in a foreign country and your physical capabilities are temporarily limited. Everything was thought out to the smallest detail: it so happened that I arrived for the operation unaccompanied, with a small backpack. This was extremely important for me: everything I could need was provided or was already available in my favorite room opposite the reception. The operation was scheduled for the afternoon, so the most difficult time was at night. The nurse who was on night duty did a tremendous job and until 6 am did everything as required according to the protocol after the operation. Yes, you can say, how could it be otherwise, you paid the money and it should be so, but you and I know very well that no one has canceled the human factor, and patients in this state after surgery cannot always read carefully in English doctor's recommendation language. Therefore, I send rays of love to this Great Man!!! Every 40 minutes He applied cold compresses, fed me even at night, and then took me for a walk along the long corridor of the clinic. This is an invaluable experience for me, not only because it is important for rehabilitation and health, but also for my personal faith in people. Low bow to the doctor for his professionalism, ability to listen to the patient and a high-quality operation. I would also like to thank Gulshirin Beshimova for the opportunity to make my stay in Turkey as comfortable as possible. Just as theater begins with a coat rack, so in my case Istanbul greeted me with a friendly smile from the driver and a luxurious car. It is impossible not to mention Alpay. I’ve been driving for 20 years, but I’ve never seen anyone pay such attention to the car and the passengers sitting in the back seat: TV, music from all over the world, water of different temperatures, drinks, napkins, a footrest for comfortable feet, and even a fresh bouquet of herbs to scent the salon! A month later, in August, I bought tickets for January 4, 2021, wanted to have an operation and take a short vacation for rehabilitation. These dates were reserved for me in the hospital, a transfer from Istanbul to Bodrum was agreed upon, and a hotel room was rented on the seashore! But due to the situation with the coronavirus, there was no certainty that the borders would not be closed again, and in October I contacted Dilyara and asked if it was possible to postpone the operation to earlier dates. as a result, on November 14, I was already flying from St. Petersburg to Istanbul. The clinic quickly found time for my operation, rebooked a hotel room and agreed on a new transfer. In Istanbul I was met by a driver and I reached Bodrum comfortably. The operation was performed on November 15, Sunday, this is a day off at the clinic, but even then they met me halfway, because the return ticket was for November 17th. Day of the operation. I was picked up from the hotel by the driver, along with Mr. Chagatai Cebeji, the director of international relations, who speaks very good Russian, but mostly spoke English) on the way to the hospital, he briefly described the stages of the operation. At the clinic, Madame Sophie met me, discussed with her in detail how and what would be done. Then they took blood from me to check for sores and for plasma. And the operation itself began. First, grafts are prepared from the donor area, from the back of the head, then they are implanted into the beard area. The only unpleasant sensations are injections of anesthesia, but after a couple of injections you don't feel anything. Then Madame Safiye did the opening of the channels, this is when many micro-holes are made with a special tool. This further determines how and at what angle the hair will grow - the most crucial moment. I know that I was lucky that it was she who did it to me. The operation lasted 9 hours, with a lunch break. All this time, next to me was a doctor's assistant - Mustafa, who also did a lot of work, and all this time he supported me and answered all my questions. After the operation, they told me how to do everything correctly during the rehabilitation period, gave me a weekly set of various pills, put on a special bandage on my head, gave me shampoo, a pillow for sleeping, and took me to the hotel. The next day I was brought to the clinic for a scheduled examination and taken back to the hotel, from where I was then taken to Istanbul and I flew back to St. Petersburg. The most difficult thing is to sleep on your back for 15 days, and, accordingly, do everything very carefully. A little more than a month passed after the operation. Facial hair grows, falls out, grows again, this is normal - shock hair loss. I know that there is no need to wait for the result earlier than half a year. I am still in touch with Dilyara, I am sending planned photos, which are evaluated by doctors. I promised to come to them in Bodrum next summer with the finished result and excellent mood) Am I satisfied with the result? - Now is the period of rehabilitation, and the final result has to wait, but what I see, I like it! May I recommend this clinic? - Definitely yes. Doctors, coordinators, drivers and the rest of the staff do their job as professionally and efficiently as possible, I did not have to think about anything at all, except that 15 nights to watch me sleep) Great professionals and wonderful people. I am really pleased that I chose this particular clinic. If this review can be edited in the future, then I will return here in a couple of months, add a little photo and review. Now the photo is in this order: Before the operation, in a week, in a month.

The service was just as good aswell.
The Dr was very informative, she spoke English too. Even though I was given a translator for my appointment. She was helpful when I visited other sections in the hospital that had non English speakers.

Honestly, my surgeon (Dr Atilla Eyuboglu) was amazing, he was experienced and empathetic. The nurses were lovely and supported me throughout my recovery. The translator went above and beyond and arranged all my transport and answered all my questions. My experience has been amazing and I’m in love with the results of my breast augmentation! The surgeon listened to me and they look amazing. I was initially worried going abroad, but I’m glad I did my experience was so positive and worry free. Even down to arranging the appointment through bookimed, they would chase things up for me and support me through booking it. I have already recommended this process and hospital to friends, and would definitely go back again!

The medical team overall was excellent! My surgeon, Dr. Umut Zereyak is awesome and indeed a nice person as well. He is very proficient with his craft and he was always making sure that I understood the plan. He truly cares for me as a patient and that’s what I definitely appreciate. During the days for which I was admitted, the nurses and other staff were so helpful and patient enough to care and to assist with my needs. Language barrier could be a challenge but all of them tried their best to communicate well. Also, the medical coordinators assisted me to the best of their ability. They are knowledgeable, very efficient and communicated really well. I have no regrets at all that this was the medical team that I chose. Highly recommended.

Firstly, the clinic is not called Mavidenta, it’s called VSC clinic. And after doing some research it’s also known under a few other names. The first day i waited 6 hours for an xray. If you transfer payment, expect to have multiple staff hounding you all day everyday until the payment clears their account. Even if you provide receipts they want you to transfer AGAIN. That is, they want you to pay twice. And then still expect you to withdraw from an ATM and pay cash. The hotel staff were nice, but it was extremely basic accomodation, tiny room, in a very Turkish district without shops or restaurants and no one speaks english. When the dentist shaves your teeth and you have very limited ability to eat anything, expect to go hungry. I went without food for 3 days and no one tells you whats going on. Just late night visits to the clinic to wait for hours every time. I felt like they were holding my teeth to ransom even though i provided proof of payment. I actually felt they were trying to scam me. My quote included 7 nights accomodation but the hotel said only 5 nights are paid for. The clinic ignored me every time i questioned this. In hindsight, i should've done more research and chosen a better place. I let the booking agent recommend the dentist and that was a big mistake. Ive been made to feel as though i cant contact them if any issues arise in the future. Guarantee or no guarantee. They are all about the money and clients are just numbers.
No I DO NOT recommend Mavidenta. Overall, it was a very stressful, painful week and i would not do it again.
