Dr. Alexandre Charão

Dr. Alexandre Charão is an award-winning plastic surgeon based in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. He is certified by the Brazilian Society of Plastic Surgery and the D’Or Network, and has worked with Doctors Without Borders on over 10 global missions. In 2006, he won a GLOBO Award for his work outside of Brazil. Dr. Charão’s clinic is located in Laranjeiras, an upper-class neighborhood with plenty of nearby accommodations.

Dr. Charão specializes in a range of plastic surgery procedures, including breast implants, liposuction (both conventional and laser), tummy tucks, breast reductions, nose jobs (rhinoplasty), and other facial cosmetic surgeries.
