The whole experience from the initial contact with bookimed & Zekra my medical coordinator was fantastic, the care, support & attention to every question asked was faultless. When I was connected to the Lokman Hekim hospital and Dr Yaman I then had a video call with him aided by the interpreter Ismail where my surgery was discussed in detail. Upon arrival in Istanbul we were met by our transfer & taken directly to the hospital where we were met by Ismail who helped us get booked in & settled, I then had various pre op tests ready for surgery the next morning. The hospital room was like a luxury hotel room & immaculately clean. The morning of my surgery I met the doctor who was a lovely, friendly man & put me at ease immediately, the after care after the surgery was excellent & the medical staff were amazing. The following day we were taken to our hotel which for 3 nights were included in the price, we decided to stay for an extra 5 nights, the hotel was lovely & the staff were very accommodating & helpful. I had various visits to the hospital who provided transport to & from the hotel & every visit we were met at the door by Ismail & taken to see Dr Yaman. I had one last appointment with him on the morning we were flying home when the stitches were removed, we were then taken to the airport. I cannot put into words how amazed I am at the results of my surgery & what it has done for me, it has literally given me my life back. I can’t praise the whole experience enough & I am so grateful to Zekra, Ismail & especially Dr Yaman.

I was on 29 September 2025 at Lockman hekim clinic for breast and eyelid reduction.All my fears and doubts were in vain. From the very beginning of my enquiry at Bookimed to the last taxi ride to the airport after the procedures, everything went without a single obstacle. Everything went smoothly and smoothly. We arrived very early, we were taken to the clinic and our interpreter Olga was already in touch with us. We were placed in a beautifully decorated room, on the same day all the necessary medical parameters were taken. The doctor clearly explained what would happen and how it would be done. We were in the clinic for 3 days and then to the hotel. It was also clean, beautifully designed, rich breakfast. I recommend Lokman Hekim and Dr Marat Yaman if you want to change your appearance.

We felt very comfortable from the moment we arrived at Istanbul airport, where they were waiting for us and took us to the hospital. The interpreter was wonderful, she organised everything for us and kept us informed at all times. The medical tests were quick and great, and Dr Murat has magic in his hands. He was very attentive and friendly, and everything was super organised, just as I had discussed on the phone. Now I am at home with my treatment and I can still consult them if I have any questions, they continue to take care of me. I have had other surgeries in Istanbul, but I definitely recommend contacting them. They will provide you with everything you need.

I had upper eyelid blephoroplasty at Lokman Hekim Clinic. I am very satisfied with the work of surgeon Murat Yaman, a competent, attentive and very pleasant person. The doctors and nurses helping him to operate were one cohesive, organised team. Special thanks to the attendant and interpreter Olga Oztürk for her professionalism. I liked the clinic, new, good equipment, clean. Thank you very much to Tatiana, a doctor and a resident of Bookimed medical platform.

This is my first experience and the result is flawless. I sincerely feel grateful to the doctor for his professionalism, kindness and care. The service is high and I was surrounded by caring staff. I wish my doctor and clinic prosperity from the bottom of my heart, and I am grateful to the doctor, to everyone who helped me and to God for leading me to the result of my dream.
