My rehabilitation period is not over yet and I can't say about the final result. But already at this stage I have a good impression of your company, the work of the coordinator Maria and the hospital interpreter Madina. I especially liked the surgeon who performed the operation. The conditions in the clinic are average, the price is market. Other medical operators also sent me offers in the same price range, but you did everything faster. By the way, the same price was in Ajibadem, but they sent me an offer on 17 May, when I had already set up for treatment in Hisar. My sister had a checkup in Ajibadem and I stopped by the clinic. Hisar clinic has a very bad transfer coordinator. Every time they were 30-60 minutes late.

The clinic and doctors work professionally
It was necessary to clean wax from one ear. As a result, for only $150 I received a consultation with an ENT professor, cleaning of both ears, and an additional examination of my nose and throat. The clinic and doctors work professionally, however, it was not possible to use the services of a translator into Russian at the reception, since the translator was too busy, but the doctors speak excellent English.

the hospital stay was superb
Everything was satisfactory, the medical team was excellent, the hospital stay was superb, without any complaints or remarks.
We were thoroughly impressed with everything at this clinic. We have no complaints or criticisms whatsoever. In my opinion, everything here is thoughtfully designed and organized to the highest standard, starting with the clinic's transfer service, which picked me up from the bus station upon my arrival in a foreign country and took me to my specified accommodation address. Bookimed was always available for assistance and support. Additionally, on the day of arrival, clinic staff contacted me by phone in advance and remained in touch throughout our stay in Turkey. All the doctors we consulted were polite and highly professional individuals. Throughout our time there, we were accompanied and assisted by interpreters, who were also very polite and highly professional.
