Everything was very quick. I was sent for an X-ray without a queue and relatively inexpensive (the doctor sent me for an X-ray after the initial examination). In total we spent about an hour in the clinic. Immediately got an interpreter, got registered, got to the doctor's office (even before the specified time), sent to X-ray immediately, returned to the doctor, got all the answers. Special thanks to the interpreter.

The conditions in the clinic are average, the price is market. Other medical operators also sent me offers in the same price range, but you did everything faster. By the way, the same price was in Ajibadem, but they sent me an offer on 17 May, when I had already set up for treatment in Hisar. My sister had a checkup in Ajibadem and I stopped by the clinic. It was necessary to clean wax from one ear. As a result, for only $150 I received a consultation with an ENT professor, cleaning of both ears, and an additional examination of my nose and throat. The clinic and doctors work professionally, however, it was not possible to use the services of a translator into Russian at the reception, since the translator was too busy, but the doctors speak excellent English.

There was an operation on the soft palate and a gastrocheck. The professor surgeon, a conscientious and attentive person, did an excellent job. There would be more such specialists. I have questions for the accompanying Russian office, nurses and ultrasound doctor: 1) The catheter was installed only the fourth time, and as a result, I now have a damaged vein in my arm that can no longer be restored 2) the ultrasound doctor found two cysts in the thyroid, 1.2 cm each , although this had never happened before, upon arrival home I did a double check, the cysts turned out to be 1.2 mm each, perhaps in the conclusion the comma was placed in the wrong place, or the fact that the doctor was very young 3) support and organization for 3, they took payment for a separate fee, but except for me there was also a man. They promised to recalculate, but they never did, after 3 months. Then I sent photographs to show them to the professor to make sure that everything was ok with the larynx, I first checked whether it was possible to send them. I've been waiting two weeks for an answer, and now they're completely ignoring me. The impression is that after receiving payment, attention and interest in the patient ends.

Everything was satisfactory, the medical team was excellent, the hospital stay was superb, without any complaints or remarks.

We were thoroughly impressed with everything at this clinic. We have no complaints or criticisms whatsoever. In my opinion, everything here is thoughtfully designed and organized to the highest standard, starting with the clinic's transfer service, which picked me up from the bus station upon my arrival in a foreign country and took me to my specified accommodation address. Bookimed was always available for assistance and support. Additionally, on the day of arrival, clinic staff contacted me by phone in advance and remained in touch throughout our stay in Turkey. All the doctors we consulted were polite and highly professional individuals. Throughout our time there, we were accompanied and assisted by interpreters, who were also very polite and highly professional. I extend a huge THANK YOU to everyone at this clinic we interacted with—I thank you a million times. You exceeded our expectations.

I like the speed and doctor’s expertise and empathy level. However, especially for my ENT issue is remain unresolved and the resolution offered is not satisfactory. If doctor could conduct further test and do better follow ups, maybe then able to understand and analyse the root cause of issues. At this point, there’s still no understanding of the situation nor any right support with my symptoms and issues.

Efficient and really like how empathetic the staff are.

It is very convenient that translators are present, since we do not really know the Turkish language. We were received by a doctor, a professional in his field, an associate professor, he explained everything competently, looked, prescribed treatment (the wife was very pleased), thank God, there was no hospitalization. Doctors seemed professional. Low quality translation from Turkish to Russian and vice versa. For some reason, after PET KT (perhaps a coincidence), upon returning home, it was sharply worse.
