I liked the clinic and the ladies who have everything under control, even after I came home—my biggest worry was aftercare, but they stay in touch. The doctor was nice, though we only spoke for about ten minutes. I do wish the diet instructions were on paper; a lovely lady explained everything and I can still call her, but I would prefer it written. My procedure used the OverStitch system to place a double suture line. I’m feeling better than expected, though there was an extra cost for a scan.

My decision to come here feels right
The urologist began my appointment by clearly explaining every step of the examination, which set a professional and reassuring tone from the very start. That standard of care was consistent throughout my entire interaction with the clinic. The coordination was seamless, and the on-site medical team was professional and supportive. When I think back on what I liked about the process, from the first contact to the procedure itself, my honest answer is, Everything. The surgeon was methodical and the staff were attentive. I am now in my recovery period. As for what could be better, I have no suggestions to offer.

I received first-class personal treatment through every aspect of my care, from the first contact until discharge. It was impressive. My procedure was a surgical phlebectomy for a single varicose vein in one leg. What stood out was the surgeon's approach; he performed the procedure himself and took the time to show me the ultrasound images to explain everything clearly. He also made sure I understood the compression stocking routine for my recovery. I can confirm there were no additional expenses on top of what I initially paid to the clinic.
