Dr. You Deming is the Director of the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine. He graduated from Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. He has over 40 years of clinical experience. He previously served at Bengbu First People's Hospital.

Dr Tian Jian Qing is Director of Endocrinology and a Senior Expert in Endocrine & Metabolic Therapeutics. He has over 20 years of clinical experience. He previously worked at Xinjiang Military Command General Hospital and at Renji Hospital, Shanghai Jiao Tong University.

He has published over 20 SCI and Chinese core journal papers. He is chief editor of four monographs and co-editor of four others. He has produced more than 1,000 health education materials. His clinical focus includes endocrine and metabolic disorders, dysglycemia, dyslipidemia, and hypertension. He also treats weight, thyroid, and bone diseases, menopausal syndrome, PCOS, and gestational diabetes and thyroid disorders.

Dr. HUANG Xue Lei is Director of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery. Dr. HUANG is recognized in plastic and aesthetic surgery and in sleep respiratory disorders. Dr. HUANG has over 20 years of experience. Dr. HUANG earned a Bachelor from Wuhan University School of Medicine and a Master from Fujian Medical University. Dr. HUANG completed a Doctorate at the Chinese PLA General Hospital. Dr. HUANG also completed advanced training at Shanghai Ninth People’s Hospital.

Dr. Chen Ling is a pediatric neurologist with over 30 years of clinical experience. Dr. Chen previously worked at The First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University. Dr. Chen graduated from Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine. Dr. Chen completed pediatric neurology training at Shanghai Xinhua Hospital in 1999.

Expertise includes pediatric neurological disorders, epilepsy, developmental delays, tic disorders, ADHD and other neurobehavioral conditions, peripheral nerve disorders, intracranial infections, and myopathies.

Professor Shixin Liu, MD, PhD, is the Discipline Leader of the Oncology Center. He is the former President of Jilin Provincial Cancer Hospital and former Director of the Cancer Prevention and Treatment Research Institute. He is a second-level professor and doctoral supervisor. He has received the State Council Special Government Allowance, the 4th National Famous Doctor (Outstanding Contribution) award, and the Model of Medical Ethics honor.

He specializes in the comprehensive diagnosis and treatment of malignant tumors. His focus is precision radiotherapy for thoracic and abdominal cancers. He is skilled in IMRT, VMAT, and SBRT for lung, esophageal, breast, and rectal cancers.

His leadership roles include Vice Chair of CMA Radiation Oncology, CACA Radiotherapy, and CACA Particle Therapy. He serves on the CSCO Standing Committee and as Vice Chair of the CSCO Radiation Oncology Expert Committee. He is Vice Chair of CPAM Radiation Oncology and a Standing Committee member of CSMEA. He chairs the Jilin Medical Association Radiation Oncology branch. He is on the editorial boards of the Chinese Journal of Radiation Oncology and the Practical Journal of Cancer.
